This 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit is smartly decorated and very comfortable for a family.

Welcome to 420 W. Garfield Ave., Wildwood! The views from this top floor unit will amaze you! See the bay and across the whole island from your large private deck.

This condominium is located on the WEST side of the island. It's about six blocks from the beach and less than one block from the bay. You CAN walk to the beach from here, but. you will most likely take the car. You are on the bay side of town here, about a 1/2 a mile from the ocean.

All the amenities are here that you need and expect for a great vacation - parking for three cars off street, a semi-private back yard with a gas grill. Plenty of comfortable furniture, and big screen and flat screen TVs everywhere. This unit is six blocks from the beach and boards, and E. Garfield is in the center of the boards - right in front of Morey's Great White roller coaster ride pier.

WEEKENDS! YES WE DO WEEKENDS! Choose any two nights with early arrival/late departure, or any three nights with standard arrival departure times. Prime time July and August weekends - $1,250.00 each in the prime time season, and professional cleaning is always included upon departure. June and September are less. Email with your dates and information about your family for a quick and speedy rate quote.

MID-WEEK SPECIALS are available too! Either Monday/Friday OR Sunday/Thursday (as available) - four nights - $ 1,000.00 each in the prime time, and less in June and September. Professional cleaning is ALWAYS included upon departure.

FULL WEEKS are available too! Arrive and depart on YOUR schedule - flexible as to day of arrival, even prime time! Less than a full week is OK too, as well as extended stays of two or more weeks. Email with your special request.

Great location. Clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials. Bedrooms are clean and sleeps many people. Great for families because of the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay. Rental office was quick and easy to work with. Definitely will look into staying again in the future.
