Peaceful getaway

  • 4 of 5

We loved that the cottage was right on the lake. We really enjoyed using the kayaks and fire pit. The cottage is simple and basic, which was what we were looking for. Still had TV and a nice kitchen and supplies. There are many wineries in the area. Falls to the south were really pretty. The only downside is route 89 directly behind the cottage. Other than that it is a perfect place for a peaceful getaway for a couple or small family!

Great cottage on the lake.

  • 5 of 5

This is our second time staying at this nice cottage on Cayuga Lake. The cottage is perfect for my husband, myself and our small dog.

Love watching the sunrise over the lake and lighting fires on the shore at night. There is a huge dock which we love to fish on.

Thank you Annie for everything. we hopeto see you next year!

Peaceful Cottage on the Lake

  • 5 of 5

We stayed 2 nights in May during Honeymoon and it was great. Annie could not have been more accommodating. Cottage is on Cayuga lake right across the street from the Winery. What an amazing view of the lake and sunset to wake to each day. We would definitely go back to this spacious cottage.

Relaxing Weekend on the Water

  • 5 of 5

I spent 3 days and 3 nights at the Lakeshore Winery Cottage and it was a perfect weekend getaway. The winery owners, Annie and John, were incredibly friendly. They were available just across the street if I needed anything but other than that left me to enjoy the cottage and lake. The cottage was clean and organized and perfect for a solo stay, but would be great for a couple or small group of friends. The view out of the lake facing windows is beautiful and the perfect way to wake up each morning. I enjoyed reading on the small porch off the cottage and the big spacious dock with picnic table is great for eating meals and lounging. Though it wasn't warm enough for swimming yet when I went, I would love to go back to take advantage of the beach area and kayaks/paddleboat. Overall, I was thoroughly happy with my stay and would definitely recommend it for folks interested in taking advantage of the wineries or just wanting a quiet place to get away.
