About amanda barton
Our family have been Seabrookers since the late 1970's. We decided to get our own place at the beach in 2004. We love spending time there and sharing the island with others. We live nearby in Charleston and are able to attend to your needs.

Great Location, comfortable and reasonable
First time at Seabrook Island and loved it. It's relaxing, the beaches are beautiful and great for the active. The condo is comfortable and right across from river beach for perfect sunset viewing and also a short walk to pool and ocean side beaches. Condo itself is a bit outdated and worn but clean and very affordable. I will be back!
Awesome, very cozy, great location
Very cozy and owners are very quick to reply. Location is fantastic and a short walk to the beach, or the beach club. Only reason we don't give this one a 5 star, is it needs a little attention in updating some fixtures, minor repairs and the TVs are old "tube" style. Otherwise, we LOVED this place!
Perfect location and wonderful property!
We love Seabrook Island! This was our second stay on the island. The home was lovely and the perfect location. Quick walk to the beach. We had toddlers with us, and the walk was very easy and quick! The home was clean and nice! We did run in to some bugs in the home, but not uncommon at the beach and at a rental that isn't always occupied. Despite that, we would stay here again!
Thank you for your great review. We treat the unit periodically for pests, and are sorry that a few snuck in! They are a fact of life here in coastal SC. We would have been happy to take care of that for you and it has since been treated again. Looking forward to having you stay again.
A lovely homebase for a Charleston getaway...
We had a wonderful February weekend with weather in the 70s. The villa is clean and roomy and the beach is close. One of our best Homeaway experiences!
Great location and property owner was wonderful to work with
We spent 4 days in October at the property while attending a wedding at Seabrook. Worked very well for our needs...in October it is a nice quiet location.
Late Summer Family vacation
Very good location, just a couple minutes walking distance to the beach. Older house, clean and very nicely decorated (beach style). Stayed there for 3 nights and would go again.
