Why John Feeley chose Point Judith

This house was built in 2002. All new construction materials meeting up to date building codes including electrical, plumbing and structural requirements. Hard wired smoke and carbon monoxide detector system with battery backup. Feel safe knowing that you are not in an older structure with wooden interior walls that are not fire resistant and may have had non professional or uninspected alterations done to it over many years. No need to be concerned with lead paint dust in this home. Lead paint was banned in the State of R.I. In 1978.

What makes this house unique

Point Judith is one of the most beautiful coastal areas in the State of R.I. Breakwater Village, with it’s magnificent ocean view, Private sandy beach, and close proximity to the Block Island Ferry, the fishing port of Galilee, and historic Newport, considered the sailing capitol of the world. Fresh seafood can be purchased right from the fishing boats in Galilee and is also featured at the many fine dining establishments in the area. Three fabulous State beaches and the Narragansett town beach are all within a 5-10 minute drive away. There is so much to be seen and to do in the “Ocean State” but once you have spent a nice day on our beach and watched our beautiful sunsets over the water, you’ll be content that you just spent a relaxing day doing nothing but that.

Great stay in Narragansett!

  • 5 of 5

House was just as described. It was clean and in great shape. Terrific view of the water. Easy walk down to the private beach and well situated for a Narragansett vacation. John the owner was thorough and quick to respond to questions. Overall, we had a great time.

Amazing house and breath taking view!

  • 5 of 5

The house was so comfortable and clean and had everything my family needed. Spacious and well decorated as well! We felt right at home. The views from the second floor out the deck looking at the ocean were breath taking. I would highly recommend staying at this house and this wonderful beachside community. The owners made it so easy as well with very fast communication and we're so thorough.

Cozy, clean, beautifully furnished and decorated. Appreciated that the beds were already made when we arrived late.

Peaceful, rejuvenating stay after a very difficult week. Already looking forward to next summer!

Lovely home, beautiful spot

  • 5 of 5

This was our second year staying in this home and we enjoyed our recent stay as much as the first. The house is the perfect size for our family (two adults, two kids) and is beautifully decorated. The owner is very well-organized and has everything clearly laid out to help make your stay a good one. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need. The deck offers amazing views and was one of our favorite spots to be! I really can't say enough about how much we have loved our stay in this beautiful home.

Perfect vacation getaway

  • 5 of 5

I am hesitant to tell everyone how awesome Rhode Island is...more so, how awesome Breakwater Village is...and even more so, how awesome this house is. I wonder if I should keep this little gem a secret. We have rented in Breakwater Village for about 5 years. It is such a great community. The private beach really is as wonderful as it sounds and my kids like to ride their bikes up and down the streets when they are not at the beach swimming, sunning, surfing, fishing or clamming.

There are many great houses in this community but this one is my favorite. It really felt like a home away from home during our stay. The house layout was perfect and there seemed to be everything that we needed there. The owners clearly care about their property. The view was amazing. The linens were a nice quality and there were extras if needed. I was even very happy to find a Keurig machine in the house. I honestly can say that there is nothing I can think of that would have improved our vacation. We can't wait to return next year!

Within two miles are Scarborough State Beach with its good body surfing waves or Roger Wheeler State Beach that is calmer for the smaller children due to its relatively flat shoreline and no drop off.

Narragansett Town Beach, about 5 miles away is a favorite for both families and surfers alike.
