Wonderful condo with breathtaking views!

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay in the condo! The unit was clean and the decor was so cute! Our youngest loves bears and he especially loved all the decorations! The beds were super comfortable, even the loft sofa sleeper, and the sheets were very nice and soft. The kids loved the upstairs loft and play area. The balcony has the most amazing views of downtown Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains! Pictures do not do justice to the view from this condo!!! The owner was nice and very easy to deal with when renting the unit. The condo was roomy and had more than enough supplies for cooking. We will most definitely stay in this condo again very soon!! The drive up the mountain is steep but so worth the views once you get there. The condo is very close to all attractions in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. There are also many hiking trails close by the condo, even trails that small children can hike. We had a great stay and short family getaway...thanks so much Mr David for allowing us to stay in your condo! Hope to be back soon!

The house is gorgeous. The improvements are fine. Just to let you know, the refrigerator seal seems to be leaking a little. We found some water between the freezer and the refrigerator doors. No biggie, just maybe over time..

Exactly what we wanted!

  • 5 of 5

The view was awesome! Very roomy for a family of four, could have easily accommodated more. Condo was nicely decorated. Sleeper sofa was very comfortable.

We chose to venture out during the day and return late afternoon for swimming at the pool and dinner at home. Had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast. Road was fine in daylight, would have to go slow in the dark. Location was great to enter the park, glad we didn't have to drive through Gatlinburg every day!

Owners were very easy to work with.

Beautiful view. Plenty of room for our large family.

  • 5 of 5

The condo was great. The trips up & down the mountains windy roads were a little tricky, but the view is worth it. Kids loved the pools and hot tub on site. Our condo was roomy and comfortable. We loved having our own master bedroom and bathroom. Teenage boys loved their loft bedroom. Game room was a hit with the kids as well. The full size fridge and freezer was much appreciated. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. Only thing we wished for was for more (deeper) bowls for cereal, ice cream, etc. With 8 of us, we had to get creative;) Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this condo to anyone.
