Easy living at its best. Get away from it all: relax by the heated pool, stroll along the beautiful white sands of Sunset Beach and be mesmerised by the incredible sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

This well presented dwelling is a short walk to the beach and is located on the ground floor of the complex, offering quiet and comfortable surroundings, plus a secluded palm tree lined private rear patio area. It is clean and modern, having been recently updated. Featuring central AC, basic cable TV (fully upgradable upon request) and high-speed internet with Wi-Fi, it also has a numbered allocated parking space, wash room, fully equipped kitchen with marble tops and breakfast bar, and a dining area.

The master bedroom is equipped with a luxury queen bed and features sliding doors to the private patio area.

The second bedroom is fitted with two twin beds for the kids, and there is a very comfortable queen size sofa bed in the living area, accommodating up to six people.

There is a private patio at the rear, accessed from the master bedroom, and a lovely heated pool for you to relax in, allowing for a good soak even in the cooler winter months.

Please note that this condo is strictly NO SMOKING, and NO PETS allowed. There will be a deep cleaning charge of $350 if anyone is found to have smoked indoors.

Should you wish to venture further, the mesmerised Beach Trolley stops at the front of the complex and travels between St Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach (north) or Pass-A-Grille (south) daily with unlimited stops for one low price. There are also a few companies offering free rides on electrical vehicles - you just pay a tip! These electric buggies run all the way until 2am - perfect for that trip back from the beach bar.

Enjoy a relaxed holiday in the beautiful Florida sunshine, swim in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, and unwind by the heated pool or in the private patio sipping a cocktail just meters from your door - you won't want to leave!

As Good as Advertised

The condo was wonderful. It was spacious enough for my family of 4. Less than a 4 minute drive to the beach, grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and a Walgreens. They had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils, etc. Lots of extra sheets, blankets, pillows, etc. They had tons of towels and beach toys for the kids. It was very clean and well kept. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We only had a few very minor issues during our stay. We came down a day after a tropical storm and the grill/smoker had been left out on the back patio, it was in no condition to use during our stay so we were unable to grill out. We were unable to locate any extra toilette paper in the unit and had to purchase some ourselves. And the pool definitely was in need of some urgent attention after the storm filled it with a little too much debris..we were unable to use it during our stay. Had we not arrived after a tropical storm I believe the minor toilette paper issue would have been the only issue encountered. It was a wonderful experience for my family. Thanks.

I am sorry to hear things were less than perfect for your stay - indeed we do get the odd storm and they do wreak havoc with the pool and outdoor equipment. I will make sure my manager knows to stock up with toilet paper as we usually have plenty on hand, so apologies for that oversight. Awesome!

The condo was perfect for my family. The kids loved the pool and I loved the back patio and bbq. It really felt like home. We had fun at the tennis courts across the street and it was only a short walk to the beach. We would stay here again. The place is clean and comfortable.

Convenient Location

Very good location. A quick 5 minute walk to Sunset Beach and several restaurants. Next to a park with fishing and across the street from another park with tennis courts. Within a mile are a Winn-Dixie, Walgreens and the shops on Correy Ave. Sea Hags and Gators at Johns Pass were the best spots to eat. The tour of the winery on Pasadena Ave is worthwhile. Condo is well equipped, including beach chairs, boogie boards and pails & shovels for kids at the beach. The private patio is very nice. Condo smells stale & musty but noticed several first floor units kept their doors open so not unique to this unit. The couch & loveseat are worn out and should be replaced, as is the bed in the master bedroom. Each condo is assigned one parking spot with one guest spot shared among 25 units. Fran, the rental agent, was very responsive and good to work with.

The couch and loveseat were purchased brand new in August 2013 so it is surprising you felt they needed replacing - we will make sure they are well cleaned for the next vacationers. The mattress in the master bedroom is also just over two years old, but we will make sure to check everything and thank you for your comments. Regarding the smell in the condo, when doors are left open the humidity gets in and the floor mats soak it in. Fran is making sure all the mats get thoroughly washed and dried between each rental, and we will pay particular attention to these to ensure this does not happen again. Thanks again for taking the time to write, and we look forward to accommodating you again in the future.

Clean, Cozy and close to everything!

If your looking for a clean cozy place close to a beautiful beach this is the spot. My wife and two girls rented this condo and really enjoyed our stay. Everything is within minutes. Fort Desoto beach we loved, Publix and a multitude of restaurants. The condo itself was very clean and quiet. A solid reccomendation!

Tranquility and location!

My husband and I stayed for the month of July this year. We had a wonderful break: we found the condo extremely comfortable, everything was clean, neat and well thought-out. The kitchen has everything you need which is good as we like to cook. The beds are very comfortable. The Queen sofabed in the living area came in useful as we had friends and family stay with us a couple of weekends.

The local area is great, it's really quiet, there are public tennis courts just across the street, and the beach is less than 10mns away on foot - we enjoyed the walk there most evenings for a sunset swim. For places to eat, we recommend Caddy's on the beach and Sea Hags which are both within walking distance. There's a really good Publix close by so often ate at home too.

The heated pool is beautiful and never too busy, the temperature in the water is just perfect. The nearby beach is pristine and very pleasant, and the waters of the Gulf so warm in July.

We also enjoyed spending time in the private patio at the rear of the unit and cooking in the brand new smoker provided. It just tastes better over real fire!

This was the best place we've stayed at in this area, and we will definitely come again and recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere very close to the beach while still away enough to be really peaceful.

Having lived for a number of years in Florida, I decided to purchase a beach property that I can myself enjoy at least once a year. I've always loved this area as it is away from all the vacation traffic yet very close to the beach and all the local attractions.

Nearest Airport : St Petersburg at 15 Miles Nearest Barpub : Salty Rim at 0.3 Miles Nearest Golf : Treasure Bay Golf & Tennis at 2.4 Miles Nearest Motorway : I-275 at 10 Miles Nearest Restaurant : Carino's Northern Italian Cuisine at 0.2 Miles Nearest Beach : Sunset Beach at 0.5 Miles Car: recommended

Across the street are public tennis courts and the Intercoastal waterway with a public boat ramp.

Dolphin cruise, paragliding, snorkeling and jet-skis are available just a 5mns walk away next to Salty Rim and Sea Hags restaurants.

Restaurants and dinner boats are within walking distance. Corey Ave Shops and movie theater are nearby, as are Sunset Dinner Cruise & Casino Cruise.

Just a short drive to all of Tampa's major attractions: Busch Gardens, Ybor City, Hard Rock Casino, Fort DeSoto Park, St Pete Pier, the Dali museum, etc.

Disney and Orlando attractions are only an hour and a half's drive away.

Set back from from a fairly quiet road, on the first floor so no stairs of difficult access, this awesome 2-bed condo features a private rear patio for enjoying fresh air, hanging out with friends and cooking in the provided smoker. It is also very close to shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. The Gulf waters are warm most of the year, the beach is pristine and locals are delightful. One of the best communities I've ever experienced along the Gulf Coast in Florida!
