We purchased this cottage in 2013 and have enjoyed spending our family vacations here - making memories that we will cherish for many years. We've also enjoyed meeting new people as each summer season passes. Thanks for considering our cottage!
What makes this Cottage unique
The water slowly gets deep - making it a safe place for little ones to play. Silver Lake is an all-sports lake that is also located close to all the that Traverse City area has to offer - miles of paved bike trails, Sleeping Bear Sand dunes, wineries and breweries, many summer festivals and great restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silver Lake! It would be hard to beat the location, with the lake only steps away from the back door. The cottage was cozy and there were several board games and movies that our kids enjoyed as well. We would definitely stay again

our Family vacation
The cottage was great had everything from a extra gas grill tank to fully stocked kitchen for cooking and the cottage is within feet of the lake was absolutely awesome vacation would highly recommend this property !!!!

The cottage is 10 minutes from downtown Traverse City, TART Trails and close to the public boat launch. It is located close to grocery stores, restaurants, parks and coffee shops. Don't forget to schedule a winery tour or a bike ride on our many miles of paved bike trails.
