Located on the top, 12thfloor, of the high-rise complex at Boardwalk Caper sits this incredible 2 bedroom, 2 full bath corner unit condo. Endless panoramic views abound from every room and window throughout. Meticulously maintained and cared for this condo will satisfy even the most discriminating of clientele.

The large kitchen is equipped with newer appliances and everything you could want or need to prepare a simple breakfast to a gourmet meal. The view from the kitchen window is breathtaking. You may opt to do the dishes by hand versus using the dishwasher just so you can spend more time gazing out over the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen has a great desk area in it as well, where you can set up your laptop and stay in touch with family, friends or the office.

The living room is decorated with fine artwork and unique one-of-a-kind furnishings. The large flat screen TV will keep you in touch with the happenings around the world, or pop a movie into the DVD player for a night of relaxation. The wall of sliding glass doors open to the balcony where you are sure to spend most of your time. For guests that might be joining you, they will rest comfortably on the queen size bed and enjoy the views from their room of San Carlos Island and Estero Bay. A full bathroom is just outside the guest room in the hallway for their use.

For our guests with allergies, this condo has been designated both smoke free and pet free. It is also complete with private in-condo washer and dryer and wireless high speed internet. Please note that this complex does have a strict one month minimum stay requirement.
