The location is ideal, providing you with easy access to Fort Myers, and puts you right at the base of the north end bridge leading over to Fort Myers Beach. With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms you and your guests will have plenty of space to spend your vacation in Paradise.

Walking up to the exterior of the house you’ll love the covered carport and front porch sitting area. Open the front door and enter the spacious living room. It’s a large, open concept provides you with plenty of room to relax. With a formal dining room off to the side and a full kitchen, it makes it easy to stay in touch with your guests while preparing meals. Both the kitchen and the living room look out over the waterway across the street, giving you nice water views from the front of the house.

After a fun day at the beach, retreat to your master bedroom. Rest peacefully on the king size bed, catch up with the evening news on your in-room TV, wake to an invigorating shower in your private ensuite full bathroom.

Your guests will enjoy the queen bed in the guest bedroom. A full bathroom is available just outside the bedroom in the adjoining hallway.

A full size washer and dryer, high speed internet, gas BBQ grill, and two bikes have also been provided for your use during your stay. Please note for our guests with allergies this home is smoke free.

One of your favorite areas of the house is sure to be the back porch. Relax waterside and enjoy fishing right from your own backyard. Keep an eye out for manatees and dolphins that come into the waterway to play as well. You’ll love this peaceful area of the home to just kick back and unwind.
