Good Central Location

We have rented several times, the two bedrooms with baths are spacious, the beds are comfortable, nice living room, and plenty of room in the kitchen. The safe, very quiet residential central location is great for access to hiking, golf, and entertainment; buses available, but Phoenix is a car city. The grounds are very nice with a pool available.

COMPLETELY RENOVATED! This is a NON-smoking condo. It is conveniently located in a great community on Northern and Central Avenue. It is within a 5 minute drive to grocery stores, shopping centers like Biltmore Fashion Square and sporting attractions, and nearly unlimited dining. Only 1 minute walking to the path for jogging, walking, or just to enjoying the beautiful view. Just 13 minutes from Phoenix airport, 6 minutes to downtown Phoenix, 2 minutes driving to John C.
