Great location, great price!

  • 5 of 5

We walked in and there was so much space for 6 people and everything else was as advertised. We were less than a mile to John Pennekamp State Park, which was perfect.

Very clean, no pest problems and the Tikki Hut out back was a great bonus.

We had some local friends over and there were even toys and a baby mattress or a pack n play for them to use for the day!

Kerri was super flexible and very responsive, I hope we have the chance to stay here again.

One start based on location.

Very disappointed with this property, I was charged a cleaning fee however this house was not clean very well I think I deserve my money back, let me start at the front door very dirty with gaps all around it, the furniture and décor in general needs lots of help, the mermen picture in the master bedroom is disturbing, dust everywhere I left you a few :( sad faces so you could see what I am talking about, the air conditioning vent needs a really good cleaning is black with dust, I moved the King chair (or whatever that is) out of the way so you can see it, the oven is so dirty (no self cleaning oven here) we had to run it for about 3 hours at 500 to try to clean some of the caked up stuff in there, had to cover the stove top burners drip pan with aluminum foil to cover the caked up stuff that's on them, the fridge has so much stuff in it that we had to make room for our own stuff, the kitchen trash can lid needs a good cleaning, message to owner, look in the master closet, the drawer with the children socks in it and see what else is in there, disgusting!! can't comprehend why that is there (not telling what it is on line) I left the drawer open so you can see it... also move your small couch you will see all the dirt and old potato chips, I was not there to clean house or do laundry (dryer full) your newly renovated bathroom, no place to put your shampoo, body wash or a soap bar other than the shower floor, no place to hang your toilet paper or towels for that matter, the floor matts are in dying need of a good wash or replacement, no working lights out by the dock, by the way pest control is in order....... guess what I found in my bed when I removed the bedspread? you guess it!!! thank god I had my own sheets, by the way need bath towels, you have plenty of beach towels but not enough bath towels.

On the positive side, loved the house location, great grill, liked the outside area, like the kayak and paddle board.

If you don't mind not being able to take off your flip flaps for one second inside the house, this is a great home for you.

The property is nice. Location for Key Largo was great.

  • 4 of 5

Really enjoyed our stay in Key Largo. The owner was very good to deal with. The only issue we had was resolved quickly and it was an issue that the owner really had no control of. There is plenty of room in this rental. We had 6 adults and never felt cramped. Wifi worked great. The TV gave us a fit but we figured it out in short order. The Tiki Hut out back was a nice feature and we spent early mornings along with late evenings there. Overall, I recommend this unit. The price was the overall selling point for us and we weren't disappointed.

Clean, roomy, attractivive decor, nice location

  • 4 of 5

My husband and I rented this property for January and February 2017. We were very pleased with the house. It has a large master bedroom with comfortable king size bed, roomy closet, and en suite bathroom with shower and an extra vanity for my exclusive use. Clever placement of extra mirrors made hairdo prep easy. My husband enjoyed the wall-mounted, flat screen TV in the bedroom. Each of the two guest bedrooms has a queen bed and closet. The full guest bathroom is conveniently between the guest bedrooms. The living room has a couch and love seat with dual recliners. Dining room has 6 comfy chairs at the table. Our laptop took up permanent residence at the handy bar area. The kitchen is complete with all the usual items. The full-size washer & dryer off the kitchen area were especially appreciated. The tiki hut on the back patio became the usual relaxation destination. You can fish in the channel, right off the back patio. The décor is artful and tropical. The location is within a short distance of a dozen splendid restaurants. The owner could not have been nicer. We enjoyed this property.

Kerri was easy to message with & once we paid, we got the lockbox code & the rest was vacation!

The house was perfect for us 3 younger couples since there was 3 bedrooms. There was room for all 3 boats and the neighbor, John was super nice & informative about lobstering since we had never been. We didn't catch any that were of legal size but we caught a good buzz at least 😉 The tiki deck out back was perfect for hanging out and playing cards. There was plenty of parking too! We would love to come back soon!
