My name is Peter Anderson. I purchased this home in March 2013 (relocated from Fort Lauderdale, FL) and moved in after substantial improvements to the property were completed in October 2013. Full Disclosure...the "selfie" posted on this website was NOT taken in Sebring FL; rather about a year ago in Xabia (Alicante province) Spain. I am the President of a web based musical instrument insurance business operating on six continents; based, here in Sebring, FL. Running a fast paced growing virtual business takes much of my time, I do have a lust for travel and over the years have visited over 100 countries. These days i am much closer to home although i do still travel with some regularity. i am a native of Marshfield MA and lived until 2006 in Norwell, MA and Boston MA. In 2006 I moved to a high rise condo on the Intercoastal waterway Fort Lauderdale. In early 2013 I decided that condo living was not for me! A home search began in Broward County (Fort Lauderdale) in January 2013 and ended here in Sebring where i found a little slice of heaven living at the gorgeous property.

Why Peter Anderson chose Sebring
I visited Sebring in February 2013 to visit friends in town and decided to meet with a local Realtor as our home search at that point was in full swing. After seeing our home at 34535 Sparkling Drive, I made an offer and bought this lovely home. The garage and apartment were constructed in 1998 by the prior owners and they lived in the apartment for 4 to 5 years so you will find many amenities and comfortably sized rooms. The apartment is approximately 900 sq ft in size. The prior owners constructed the attached single family home in 2002/2003. The property lot is pie shaped and it fans out from 50' at Sparkling Drive to 220 feet on Lake Sebring. There is a great deal of privacy on this lot and it is located in a very peaceful neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. The property is ideally located minutes away from Publix, WinDixie and Walmart as well as many shops, big box stores, restaurants and a half dozen popular golf courses. If you enjoy sunsets, this is the place! The sunsets and colors before, during and after the sunset will amaze you. Don't forget to bring your camera! Since this is my home, and primary residence, my property is in a constant state of improvement and new features and amenities added. My grounds look like they come right out of magazine and I love to share this property with new guests visiting from all over.
What makes this Apartment unique
What is a unique benefit to staying in our apartment. A picture is worth a 1,000 words! While I also live here on the property, the house, 2nd floor apartment and 1st floor studio apartment are totally separate and private. While I do need to traverse the stairway landing to get to the garage (also your access to the apartment) I try to do so quietly without disturbing your piece and quiet. Having lived in a condo building with 118 units for 8 years, I am very accustomed to see folks around our house and enjoy saying hello to our guests but would never be intrusive or overbearing! I live on the property and happy to be a resource for area information as well as anything that might come up. If you decide to spend your vacation here, I am confident that you will fall in love with this property just like I have. I have invested for long term ownership.

Quiet, serene lake view in Sebring
Absolutely lovely setting. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Host sure referred me to a competent dental practice when I had a dental emergency. Many thanks to him for that help.

Great vacation a must see
We just completed a month stay at the home of Peter. What a beautiful place , very quiet. Played lots of golf and had great food. Peter was a very gracious host. We enjoyed our stay. A big thank you Peter

A little bit of heaven in Sebring!
If you are visiting Sebring, FL, and this place is available, RUSH to book it. This vacation home is remarkable! It is peaceful, spacious, clean, private, and has the most beautiful sunsets you can imagine. The deck, lake and surrounding landscaping is so inviting you want to linger all day and evening. Peter has taken care of every possible need you could have, and some you didn't even know you needed. I loved every minute of our time there, and I can only pray it is available during all my future trips to Sebring. Thank you, Peter for having us, and we hope to visit again!!

It was a very nice place. Quite, clean and very comfortable.
The owner was very accommodating. The apartment was spacious, clean with a very efficient kitchen. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac on Lake Sebring, it was very quite but close to shopping. The grounds was very picturesque and felt like you had your own park in the backyard. Will definitely visit again.

Located on Lake Sebring, Sebring FL in South Central Florida (Sebring Parkway to Scenic Highway) and just minutes away from major stores, restaurants, and shopping. Historic Downtown Sebring and Hammock State Park are located about 10 minutes away. Bok Tower and Gardens and Legoland are less than 40 minutes away. In about an hour or so you can make it to Disney as well as the Atlantic or Gulf coasts. Lake Sebring and Highlands County offers public access to most lakes, swimming, boating, hiking, cycling and water sports. If Golfing is your passion, there are a number of public and semi private golf courses in the immediate area too.
