Gourmet Kitchen includes all new appliances with Granite Countertops and a Wine Fridge! Main floors in Kitchen, Living and Baths are all travertine. New carpet is in both bedrooms for your comfort! There are two spacious bedrooms, 2 fully upgraded baths, and brand new in-unit laundry.

About Lynda Pagnotta

We purchased this condo because we love the Keys. We are divers and can't find another place a better place to be. We love Islamorada for the Island Life. Everything is slow and makes our stay a true vacation. We are from the Jersey Shore - so having a condo on the Ocean was truly a dream for us.

Why Lynda Pagnotta chose Islamorada

We love Beacon Reef - because it is just like staying at a 5 star resort. It has a zero entry pool ( just updated in 2009 ) along with all the entire property! Beacon has boat slips - so we can rent a boat and fish or dive if we want to. We have our own water toys - so we kayak and paddle board every day! Our daughters love the beach and pool. We have dinner most nights at the Islamorada Fish Company - if we don't go to one of our other local favorite places in Islamorada

What makes this condo unique

Beacon is Ocean Front and has dockage, a great pool, a Cheeka with 4 grills ( that all work! ) and a hot tub. We have a fantastic landscaped property that really is a resort. Our exercise room is well equipped with 2 new treadmills, a bike and a stepper, plus a separate weight room. We also have a ping pong table - for great times with the family.

Notes:
The complex offers an updated and fully equipped oceanfront exercise gym, an oversized zero entry entry pool, hot tub, and sandy beach. There is dockage for 24 boats up to 30’ at no additional charge. The dockage is on a first come basis. Parking is close to the unit in space #302. There is no smoking in this unit. It is 100% smoke free.

What a wonderful place to stay!

This condo was everything I expected and more. It was clean, quiet and relaxing! We used all the appliances and the indoor and outdoor kitchens and we enjoyed it all. The pool, beach, and local restaurants were top of the line with excellent food and local bands. We did not want to leave!

Nice Facility, Condo Needs Work

The overall property is nice, good location, easy access. Pool, beach area and dockage very good. Condo itself needs very extensive "Deep Clean", poor windows allow all highway noise into unit, very noisy, location does not allow privacy of balcony use. Owners did not leave full instructions as well as contact info. Keys mailed very late. Very poor internet hot spot, not secure. Poor owner communication. Some appliances in unit need attention such as washer and air conditioner as well as garbage disposal, shorted out three timesl. Inside of property still needs major upgrades, front door and hardware, wood trim around laundry doors. Unit had dirty dishes in washer, lint trap full, just lots of little annoyances. Lost one whole week due to tree trimming and another partial week due to hurricane shutter install. Could be a very good property is issues addressed immediately and owners communicated. Was not able to even let visitors through the security gate unless I was there, no buzzer system. Overall one star with need for improvement. Also, remove the pillow decorations, lock the liquor cabinet and get rid of all of the cleaning supplies, too much stuff !!!

Owner's Response: Islamorada, Beacon Reef and Our Condo are beautiful tropical and our second home. Unfortunately - this renter called the maid to move in before noon, when the previous tenant had just left at 10. Move in time is after 3pm. They did not call us! The maid let them know she was not done - and then they comment on lint / dirty dishes / general cleaning etc. The internet in Islamorada was down for 2 days. This impacted everyone. It is a fact of life. We leave a full set of instructions - provided and delivered by our maid on entry. She verified they received this. Beacon Reef is is our home - it is immaculate and comes with every amenity. Our association does yard work weekly. People make repairs - its also a fact of life. Everything works in our unit we were just there and ran everything extensively. Also - as they are aware we have a maid and handy man - in case. We never had a call from them during their stay - except for the internet. I agree on the communication - there was none. Very surprising on any concerns as we also have a mid month clean! Our maid spoke to them on several occasions - they did not communicate any issues. She would have had it fixed if needed. Their keys arrived at a location not on their lease ( I had to reach out ) 6 days prior to their rental. We have renters that request to return to our unit every year.

Rate Details: Rent is $4550/month for season and lower rates for off season. Additional fees include: $50 bi-weekly cleaning, $150 exit cleaning fee; $100 condo application fee; and 12.5% state and local taxes. A security deposit of $500 is required per month. The security deposit is refunded after a damage free inspection following departure. Utility Caps/Mo: $200 for electricity. If over - it will be deducted from the security deposit.

Additional cleaning during stay is available upon request. All Payments are required prior to rental.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
