Immaculate, charming one Queen bedroom Guest Quarters in very nice neighborhood. It is attached to the main house but has a private courtyard with a completely separate entrance and off-street parking right outside your courtyard gate. Included are two extra rooms across the courtyard for workout, office, or studio use. Flat screen TVs are in living and bedroom. Everything is included, utilities, internet, and cable, just bring your toothbrush. Private laundry room in courtyard.

Outdoor tub available for a bubble bath in your private courtyard. To soak and listen to the wildlife is a great way to start or end the day.

Shower available in the bath.

NOTE that minimum stay is 30 days and longer term renters are especially preferred.

Great place

I lived here over the winter of 2015-16. The place was well-kept. Nice living room area and good size. Kitchen well-equipped. Bedroom very comfortable. Bathroom is small. The best part of the place--private, nicely landscaped with desert plants, set up for outdoor dining or just relaxing. I spent a lot of time in the courtyard. The location is within a couple of miles of the University of Arizona campus. Very close to shopping. Downtown is about 10 minute drive. Convenient to outdoor activities, 15-20 minutes drive to Sabino Canyon and Catalina SP. The neighborhood is safe and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. I recommend this property without hesitation.

I've lived in this area over 40 years and feel it's location is perfect for people who have a lot of interests. I recently obtained the information for the Tucson Racquet Club which is just a couple miles northeast, has special passes for vacation renters so they can take advantage of the tennis courts, racquet ball, sauna, jacuzzis, swimming pools and the facility is absolutely beautiful. Beautiful home-great location

We lived here over the winter of 2014-15, trying out Tucson for a possible move. We felt at home from the minute we moved in. The place was clean and well-kept. Inside the living room-dining area is nicely furnished and good size. Kitchen is small but well-equipped. Bedroom is very comfortable. Bath is small (shower only), off the bedroom. A second building off the courtyard has two extra rooms which Jeannie set up to accommodate our family when they visited at Christmas. The rooms could serve for office work space or other uses. Laundry facilities also off the courtyard. The courtyard is the best part of the place--private, nicely landscaped with desert plants, set up for outdoor dining or just relaxing. We spent a lot of time in the courtyard. The location can't be beat- close to a bus line with 15-minute service, within a couple of miles of the University of Arizona campus and UA Hospital (and not far from Tucson Medical Center). Very close to shopping and restaurants including about 3 miles to Tucson Mall. Downtown is about 10 minute drive. Convenient to outdoor activities-about a mile to The Loop hike-bike trail, 15 minute drive to Sabino Canyon or Tohono Chul park. The neighborhood is safe, single-family homes built beginning in the 1940s. Very close to Campbell-a main thoroughfare- but the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. As with much of Tucson, there are no streetlights on neighborhood streets, making the nights very dark-good for star watching. Jeannie was quite helpful whenever we needed her assistance. I recommend this property without hesitation.

great location, safe, clean

I stayed on the Kleindale property during August 2014. I had just moved to Arizona and was looking for something more permanent. The patio is lovely, the neighborhood is quiet, and Jean (the landlord) was very helpful with helping me acclimate to Tucson. One of the property's strengths is its strategic location. It is a short drive from the amenities north of River road, yet still close enough to enjoy the benefits of the city proper. The property sits a comfortable distance from bus route 15 and makes for a smooth commute to the University of Arizona campus. Complete with cable television, internet connection, and utilities, this property definitely stands out. I recommend with the highest regards.

Kleinsdale Guest Cottage

This guest house was located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. An enclosed, large patio with outdoor dining within a beautiful setting with lush plants made for wonderful outdoor living. The living quarters were well-maintained and provided everything needed. Kitchen was especially well-equipped. Wifi was available, and both living-room and bedrooms had flat screen TV's with cable.

Numerous DVD's were available as was reading materials. The bedroom,though small, had a very comfortable queen bed with soft sheets and comforter.

The owner was very pleasant to work with, emailing pictures, answering all questions and promptly returned or deposit. Check-out was convenient. For the area, the rental price was very reasonable and the property was centrally located near shopping and attractions.

From the Owner

A wonderful neighborhood, neighbors that look out for each other, wide, clean street, great for walking and running. Everything close, great restaurants, golf, entertainment, tennis, swimming, University of Arizona, close medical access, arts and culture close at hand.

Activity and Interests

Excellent restaurants, coffee shops, antique shops, several golf courses, tennis/swim club located 3 miles away, great Mexican food, sushi, Reid Park zoo 6 miles away, downtown just 17 minutes away with symphony, opera, plays. Jazz at St Phillips Plaza just up the road along with a Farmers Market held weekly about 4 miles away.

Lots to do in Tucson.
