Beautifully appointed and recently renovated townhome in a quiet tropically landscaped oceanfront community, with a large heated pool swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, private beach, boat dock, and much more. Adjacent to a well-maintained public park, with walking and exercise trails, olympic-size swimming pool, soccer and baseball fields, full-service marina.

Please can we go back?

We loved our stay at this Islamorada condo. The condo itself is perfect; clean and very well equipped with lots of space and plenty of beds. The area is of course delightful, and you are within easy reach of the best beaches the Keys have to offer as well as great restaurants and other activities (we had a wonderful day renting a boat and going to the Islamorada sandbar and snorkelling). The little beach area on site is lovely and great for snorkelling, and the pool, which we had to ourselves, is also perfect. Andrei is, as others have rightly said, a pleasure to work with and very accommodating, contacting us before, during and after our stay and explaining everything we needed to know in great detail. We were met by Ana (cleaner/manager?) who was also great and very helpful. A wonderful stay and one we hope to repeat in the future.

30 days of comfort and convienience. Great Stay!!

Parking at the front of the condo making loading easy. (no steps) Parking is very adequate and unassigned. There is a keyless entry ( no lost condo keys). The community is gated and the security seemed very adequate.

Right by the front door is a nice fenced storage area for coolers, fishing gear, bikes and etc. There were two nice new coolers. Just inside the door is the apartment style washer and dryer. The kitchen is roomy and easy to use. The appliances work great. The dinner wear was new, and microwavable. The HVAC is very adequate. Srpiral stairs lead to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed that is very comfortable (soft). If you like a more firm mattress there are two in the other room. There are lots of cabinets and closet storage for suit cases etc. There are plenty of towels and linens. The two bathrooms are both single sink and shower with adequate drawers and shelves for accessories. We never ran out of hot water (40 gallon heater).

The cable TV and internet service was very good. The furniture is newer, comfy, clean, and easy to care for. The condo is quiet. We were never bothered by neighbors or party crowds. The rear patio sliding doors were difficult to slide as in so many seaside condos; however, the patio is quiet and furniture in very good condition. The grill was nice and clean.

The pool is large (maybe 40 x 60), and looked like it had been resurfaced recently. The pool area was well maintained and has a nice thatched tiki roof to sit under. The club house area by the pool is open and very nice. The bayside docks are in very good condition and have first come boat slips. You are allowed to fish and swim off the docks; and we did. There is a ladder. There is a nice fish cleaning station, fresh water showers and hoses at the dock. The walk from the unit to the docks is a casual couple minutes. The lounge chairs bay side were always available. The sand at the water's edge is regularly groomed. The ramp at the water makes it easy for kayakers and paddle boarders to enter and leave the water; and temporary storage for kayaks is nearby. A bike lane and a sidewalk makes for easy access to the community park and beach next door.

Very nearby are the typical goods and services you would enjoy to feel at home. I used the nearby Mariner Hospital (Baptist Medical) emergency room one morning. I was in at 9:30 and out by 10:30 and the staff there was great. There is an urgent care but their office was closed due to a water

Great location and very well appointed condo

Can not say enough about the owner Andrew. He was very easy to work with and went out of his way to be helpful. My daughter left her daughter's bag when they returned to Texas. Andrew found the bag & called me immediately. He then shipped the bag back to my daughter and also made a followup call to make sure it had arrived. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone! The condo is better than advertised and you can,t beat the location.

Great place to stay!

My family enjoyed our recent stay on Islamorada in Andrew's condo. He was very responsive when we first inquired about his property and followed up before, during and after our stay to make sure we had no issues. The unit was as described - a two-floor, two-bedroom unit in great shape and with plenty of space for our family of four (and probably for bigger families as well). The gated community doesn't have much of a sandy beach (few places do down in the Keys), but a great fishing dock, swimming area and a separate pool. The location on Islamorada was also convenient being a little bit more in the middle of the Keys than on Key Largo. It is a short drive to Ann's Beach, probably the best beach in the Keys (although Bahia Honda State Park was great as well). Thanks Andrew for everything - we will call you again next time we head down.
