The condo had everything we needed from beach chairs to towels and cooking supplies

The hosts were very helpful with anything we needed and we're checking to make sure we got everything. It made my vacation so easy and gave me more time to enjoy myself and the beds were very comfortable. I will most definitely be coming back next year to stay!

Great condo, great view, great beach access! Will be back!!

We have stayed at Jax beach 6 times in the past 7 years, and this condo is now our favorite (2 adults and a 7 and 10 yr old). We had a great stay at this unit! The owners met us when we arrived and showed us around the condo, storage area and pool. The condo was fully stocked with everything that we needed. It was very comfortable and setup as if the owners were living there (nice dishes, nice bedding, nice furniture, nice fixtures, nice appliances). The balcony provides an awesome view of the beach! There is also extremely easy access to the beach. There is a boardwalk right next to the unit (and very close to the elevator). There is a clean pool with nice deck chairs and tables. There are also restroom facilities at the pool.

They also had a video game system with lots of games, 6 nice beach chairs, two boogie boards, sand toys, a portable charcoal grill, etc, etc, etc! Having all of this onsite really cuts down on our packing list!!!

The kitchen was well appointed. We cooked almost every meal during our stay and we're lacking nothing. The unit doesn't have a conventional oven but instead has a large convection microwave. We were a bit hesitant about shy but quickly found that we were able to bake everything that we wanted with great results (cookies, muffins, baked potatoes, French fries, etc)! We definitly didn't miss having an oven!

The owners were VERY welcoming, and VERY responsive in the few cases where we needed something. They even made a special trip to the condo for us to retrieve an Amazon order that we made that ended up in the parcel box instead of the doorstep! Meeting the at the start of the trip made us feel so welcome and we did not hesitate to reach out when we needed something because it truly seemed like they wanted us to really relax and enjoy our visit! Wonderful hosts!!!

We are looking forward to returning in the future!

Clean and Wonderful

The owners are very nice people. The Condo was clean and they were pet concious. They provided waste pickup bags and food and water bowls for our pups. Beautiful view from the back deck. We would love to stay here again. There is a Bluetooth "boom box" radio and PlayStation 2 with Dance pad, 2 guitars and steering wheel. They also provide some extra batteries, light bulbs and binoculars. It was a great stay, thank you very Much! We loved it and it made it harder to leave and we are already planning on next year. (Ideally we would love to move down, in due time).

Much needed vacation!

I have only great things to say about our stay. Roweda made us feel welcome and checked to make sure we didn't need anything. These are some of my family and I favorite things:

*The beach is beautiful, clean and never crowded and this was Memorial Day weekend and the week that followed.

*The condo was clean and has EVERYTHING needed.

*Our favorite place we went was The Alligator Farm in St. Augustine. Amazing.

*Our favorite place we ate was The Biscut Company in St. Augustine.

*Favorite shopping was St. John's. Especially, enjoyed Kilwins for ice cream and candy apples.

*The morning and evening walks on the beach were amazing. Quiet and relaxing.

I could list so many more things but every review for this property is 5 stars and they are all true.

Don't worry about only having 1 bathroom. We are a family of 4 (with a 16 year daughter) and we had no problems. My husband had to use the pool bathroom one time and it was convenient and clean.

Thank you Les and Roweda for helping make a much needed vacation perfect.

Great condo on the beach!

Great pace to stay. Very clean! Owner was great, checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Right on the beach with the balcony overlooking the beach. We would stay here again.
