Harbor Towers 326 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath tropical oasis condo on Siesta Key. As you enter the Harbor Towers Yacht & Racquet Club, you will feel welcomed to a luxurious tropical vacation by the splendid waterfall and exquisite tropical landscaping.

The resort itself has 2 heated pools, 3 Har Tru Tennis Courts, marina, community room and 4 outdoor poolside grills. The heated swimming pools were recently renovated also provide brand new lounge chairs and umbrellas.

Sitting in the gazebo near our marina on the intercoastal waterway, you can watch the boats, gulls, and dolphins. Or take a short walk to Siesta Key beach to enjoy spectacular, award-winning crystal white sands along the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy yourself in this Tommy Bahama style decor condo.

No words can express-First Class Hospitality in everything this condo has to offer! From white glove cleanliness to exquisite designer decor. Truly all the comforts of home in the the kitchen and the owners even have a washer and dryer for their guest to use for laundry needs. The #1 beach in the USA Siesta Beach was just across the street. The Owners were on top of everything from day one and even sent an email making sure we had safe travels back home! Indeed will be back to Harbor Towers 326 again next year!!

Great Stay on Siesta Key!

Fantastic condo right in the middle of Siesta Key with very hospitable owners. Maria is great and very accommodating. Even had her parents who live in the building drop a bottle of wine by the condo. Stayed for a month on work, perfect for a corporate rental as well as your everyday vacation rental. Kitchen was overly outfitted with top of the line dishes, appliances, and cutlery. AC works perfect and the other owners in the building were friendly. Nice pool which was never busy and great views of the intercoastal off the back of the property. Will visit again!

Best Condo in Siesta Key

This is truly the best condo in Siesta Key! Every little detail from the interior decorating, to the high end appliances down to the amazing beds. Everything was just perfect. The two pools surrounded by the beautiful landscaping and the amazing breathtaking views of the intercostal was way more then we could have ever imagined. The property has a wonderful island you can sit and relax and look over the water. From inside the condo it has a stunning view of the waterfall. We loved the grills outside next to the pool. Everything was set up so conveniently to be able to relax poolside and have a wonderful meal. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and wonderful to work with. I can't say enough how much my family and I enjoyed our stay here at Harbor Towers. We made so many memories and can't wait to come back. We will definitely stay here again! This is the best place to stay if you are ever in Siesta Key.

Nice accommodations ruined by a lack of A/C

I booked my reservation in mid-October, paid all the funds as required. The complex had a catastrophic A/C failure on February 14th that meant an extensive repair of the system that would require TWO months before it was operational again.

I was casually informed of this fact 3 days prior to check-in on April 4th——more than 6 WEEKS after the failure occurred. I was told a portable a/c unit was in place.

If I had known, I would have looked to rebook elsewhere, I think this is an unconscionable abdication of responsibility. The client needs to be informed immediately of this kind of development so alternatives can at least be explored!

Daily the afternoons and evenings showed 84 in the coolest room [the living room] where the portable a/c was routed thru the slider, close to 90 in the bedrooms and kitchen— This is NOT acceptable.

This is my one vacation each year, it costs a lot when you figure in airfare, condo rental, car rental, dining, pet care while I’m away. In this business if you can’t deliver what you promised with your rental you need to make good with another property, a fix that WORKS, or some financial reimbursement. I got nothing, but platitudes. In 14 days, the a/c worked for 1.5 days.

Nicely appointed condo, but no cooler, no beach chairs, no beach towels—-if you are flying into Sarasota these aren’t practical to pack, so you have to buy them. Every other condo complex I have stayed in on Siesta for the last 30 years has provided these——is it too much to ask when you are paying premium prices?

WatchingTV from 6:30—8:00 PM in the living room is tough when the sun is blasting through the living room sliders.

The living room needs the same kind of conventional drapes or shades that are in the bedrooms.

Lastly although I was told the automated access codes made it impossible to gain access for check-in to the unit prior to 3 PM, that was untrue. Her father told me he had been in the unit at 2 PM.

Furthermore he let himself in the second week [to look a the a/c] without asking my permission. I got a phone message saying he had been in——I think the tenant should say when it is convenient to have someone go into their condo! Not be told after the fact. This is simple courtesy!

The A/C problem was a real issue for me and my guests. Sleeping comfortably was not possible.

The owners wanted their money regardless and in my opinion, turned a blind eye on their responsibility to deliver a comfortable environment.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. In regards to our 3pm check-in. We have a Keyless system where the computer automatically generates a code once a reservation is received and can't be changed. The reason we did not contact you prior to the 3 days before check-in regarding the buildings A/C being down is simple---Harbor Towers management had it scheduled to be back up and running the week before your check-in date however the date was pushed back by the contractor and that is when we immediately contacted you. This was an unforseen situation and we not only purchased a portable A/C/unit but also a dehumidifier to assist with the situation. We had a guest staying prior to your check in and please see the review from that guest that checked-out the day you checked-in. Several calls were made both to your cell phone and the condo phone in order to notify you regarding my father coming to the condo to get the A/C and dehumidifier out of your way once the building A/C was restored, which is contractually OK. These were removed to alleviate some of the congestion inside the condo. Your above concerns were never mentioned until after you checked-out and how can we possible know if there is a problem unless they are made known during your stay. As owners we made every attempt to cool and dehumidify the condo during your stay. We made the decision at the very beginning to not supply towels and beach chairs, this decision was based on talking to several condo management companies. This was made well known thru several emails to you prior to arrival. I hope all in all you had a wonderful time in Siesta Key. We did offer you a discount on a future booking should you decide to come back to Siesta Key…we would love to have you back!

Perfect/Beautiful/Amazing SK Condo

Just returned from SB 2015 and if you want a first class, beautifully decorated condo with every amenity possible.....look no further!!! This place is it!!!!! From the pool to the outdoor grills to the bay or beach, this cindo is in the heart of it all!! The owners have made it feel like home and crazy comfortable!!! Beach is across the street, great restaurants within walking distance or take the free golf cart shuttles!!! Siesta Key has it all and we won't be looking anywhere else to go when visiting FLA again!!!!

Just lovely!

Fabulous! I had seen the condo before I came and instantly loved it! I was even happier when Maria told me that they had put in a washer and dryer! Very convenient. I, of course loved how beautifully the condo was decorated, and everyone who came to visit agreed! Just lovely and very livable! When my guests came to stay for a week, it was great that we all had our own privacy -- each of us had our own bedroom and bath and could "get away" for a bit and still be very comfortable. The kitchen was great -- can't think of too many more things the kitchen needed. The only problem I had was that I couldn't broil anything. The kitchen got so smokey that the smoke detector went off and the condo got very smokey! I don't know if anything can be done, but it seemed to me that the fan system couldn't handle the high heat. I grilled everything from that point forward!

I also would suggest that the condo have a couple of beach towels. They take up lots of space when one is packing and one always needs one at the pool or at the beach. Other than that, I think it's a super place and feel very fortunate to have stayed in such a lovely place! Thanks so much!. --Gloria

Owner's Response: When we purchased our condo in 2013 we used a rental agency to do the rentals for us. They had 30 plus years of experience in renting condos. What they said made sense so we have stuck with that policy in regards to not supplying towels-they recommended to furnish items in the condo that are only to be used in the condo-otherwise items tend "to walk away or get lost" so at least for now we are sticking with that policy. With the renters we have had since 2013 (few of them are repeat guests) this has never been an issue. As for the smoke in the kitchen when broiling there is an exhaust fan in the microwave. We have never had any issues with smoke detectors going off unless we accidently burnt something in the oven (which even the finest chef's can do) We try our best to provide everything in a first class approach and will continue to do so for our guest. We truly appreciate your input and will keep this in mind for the future. We look forward to you vacationing again in beautiful Siesta Key…where you can make many more lasting memories.

Everything was done in a 1st class mode

My husband and I love going to Siesta Key and decided to go to a different place to stay. The condo we selected was decorated in extremely good taste; it was comfortable, clean and inviting. After a long day out for activities, it was a restful time at this neat condo. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need --if you have to cook.

There is a new washer/dryer, big screen TVs, comfortable beds and perfect location for the beach, restaurants and Ringling mansion/museum. We would definitely go back here.
