offshore fishing trip at Fisherman's wharf just one block north of Louie's and

Wahoo's Saloon.

Living area features a large tv., queen size sofa sleeper.

Master bedroon has complete furnishings, king size bed with

comfortable bedding, cable tv., large closets. Second bedroon has complete

furnishings, two twin size beds with comfortable bedding, cable tv., large

closets.

Kitchen features full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave,

coffeemaker and complete set of everything necessary to create meals.

Dining area features a dining table for five persons and three bar stools at the bar

area.

Outside ammenities include swimming pool and hot tub.

Parking for two vehicles one right behind the other in the same parking spot, two baths (shower and bathtub).

Small gated complex with only 9 units.

Private heated pool and jacuzzi, only 2 steps from your room. So close to the beach , less than half a block with very easy access.

Ground Floor, small backyard with everything for a BBQ outside.

This is an updated condo in a small complex comunity. Only 9 units at the complex. It is located on the first floor, right in front of the pool. It also has a small backyard where we have a patio furniture and grill. Enjoy your breakfast or a nice grill at evening.
