Here is your Wildwood 'Home Away from Home'! This three bedroom, two full bath 'townhouse' condominium unit is comfortable for the whole family to share.

There are two levels here. The first floor is the main 'living' level - living/dining/kitchen area, two of the three bedrooms, and a full bath. The upper level is where you will find the third bedroom and the second full bath - a master bedroom 'suite' - queen bedroom, full bath, and a semi-private sleeping alcove with a full sleeper sofa. You can sleep up to four in this 'master' bedroom on the upper level and sleep up to eight here in all in comfort and privacy.

The fact that you have two different levels with a full bath on each level makes this a very easy unit to share for comfort and privacy between families. The upper level master bedroom is perfect for smaller children to bunk in with parents, so that the children can watch TV and wind down in their own area, and hopefully go to bed a little earlier than the grownups. This separate upper level space is quiet and private.

Wait until you see this very cool front porch! Enjoy watching the world go by from your private front deck with comfortable furniture. Five rocking chairs line the deck. Your entrance door to the condo is private for you alone. No sharing hallways with neighbors.

Nice location

We loved the location but when we got there we had to clean the unit. There is no way someone came in and cleaned before we came. We come to wildwood and we have never had to do that and I don't think we should have too. On the first day we were worried because the air wasn't working properly but it started working a little while after we got there. We did notice that the air would work then slow down then work which was annoying because it was hot. Make sure you buy ice beachside the ice maker on the fridge didn't work and the fridge didn't close properly either. Again the location was amazing but I was just annoyed that it was dirty when we got there. The company who we rented the unit from Don Martin were really nice and always helpful when booking the unit.

Owner's Response: I am happy to read that this renter was pleased with Don Martin Realty/Don Martin Vacation Rentals. I wish she had called us during the stay! We were never notified about any cleaning or air conditioning problems, and the refrigerator door is a mystery too. All of these things were checked after this review posted, and all is well here. No problems detected. Nothing out of the ordinary. All of our rentals are "spring cleaned" and professionally cleaned in between rentals using our own employees and supervisors. We have been renting this property for several years now, and there has never been a complaint about cleanliness. That's not to say that something like this COULD happen, but we would need to know about it to be able to help, or to make it right. That is why we are here! This is why you rent from a full service property management agency. We are not JUST rentals like the other agencies on the island. This is full service property management. Our rentals are EXCLUSIVE as well. We do not share our listings, which eliminates the common problems that others experience with cleanings or double bookings or maintenance. Have a problem? All it takes is a phone call to the office, and we will get to work on it. We have cleaning people and handy men working every day, as well as a fully staffed rental office open every single day year round. I am too late to help this renter but it is not too late to help you. Our renters come first and we stand behind our rentals. If it is not right, we will work to make it right.
