Why Ken Sult chose Isle of Palms

After owning and renting 204a, the opportunity came up to repeat the fun of offering an affordable place to stay to more people. We love the IOP and love sharing with others. I just added to the condo a display table full of fossil sharks teeth, white shark, megladon, tiger shark, horse teeth fossils..and some recent carribean reef shark teeth for comparison.

What makes this condo unique

3 words made us fall in love with Oceanside. Location location location...the beach...these condo offer the best value on the Island. The condo is walking distance to the beach the bars the restaurants. Nobody else will have a fossil display quite like mine. it will amaze you and your kids.

Perfect Location - Great Stay!

I traveled with my wife and three young children. We love IOP and this rental is just about the best location you can ask for. My toddler had no trouble with the short walk to the beach. Between the beach and the swimming pool - the kids were entertained the entire time. Also a very short walk to Ben & Jerry's ice cream and a few stores/restaurants. We have taken several trips to IOP in the past and the owner of this unit was probably the most accommodating and nicest person we've dealt with. You can spend more and stay within Wild Dunes (we have done that too) but there is no need to, unless you're traveling with a large group. Condo was in great shape. Television in the living room and each bedroom worked well. Good showers and the kids love the balcony. Third floor means no thumping above you at night. We used all the appliances without issue, except for setting off a smoke detector when we broiled a fat ribeye topped with crab cakes! Again - the location is the selling point for this rental. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Great location, clean, and quiet

The location of the condo is great. Very short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. Having private access to the pier was a nice bonus. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay again.

My first time at Isle of Palms I was not disappointed, condo was nice, we had a couple issues but they were taken care of quickly. The beach was great. Tried several restaurants was not disappointed.

Oceanside Drive

We had a wonderful time, and the condo was great. It was clean and comfortable, and a great location. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to tell the renters to bring extra towels, post the site of a laundry room, or offer fresh towel service. Otherwise it was a very nice condo, with great amenities, and a centralized location, within walking distance to many things. Convenient parking, updated appliances, and room to move. We spent only a small amount of time actually in the room, but it was very comfortable. Thank you.

Very Convenient

Loved staying there! Comfortable furniture and beds too!! Plenty of glasses and coffee mugs in a well equipped kitchen. Very convenient to beach and food stores on IOP.
