Updated and nicely Furnished 1 bedroom 1,5 bath on 12th floor Oceanview condo to enjoy vacations on the beach. Gorgeous South East Oceanview from all rooms and open balcony. Queen size bed in the bedroom and pull out sofa bed (queen size) in the living room. Flat screen TV and cable tv, Wi-Fi internet and electricity are included. Kitchen is fully equipped as well as toaster, coffee maker, microwave and all cooking and serving items. We provide towels and sheets as well as beach towels. Guests have access to the beach pool and gym in building. The beach is just steps away from the building .
1 parking space is provided for $10 per day or $150 per month. Per day arranged upon arrival with valet attendants. (Free parking provided if you rent the unit for 3+ month). Pet deposit is required $200 refundable if no damage was done.
Washer and dryer is located next to the main elevators. There is a card in the unit to add money, the machine is located in the lobby. Front desk can give more information.
Lots to do & See!!! condo looks over Hyde Beach Kitchen + Cocktails beach club, walking distance from the Hollywood boardwalk, where you will find many outdoor cafes, restaurants and shops. There is live entertainment at the bandstand on the boardwalk on weekends. 5 minutes from the popular Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Aventura Mall. Just a 15 minute drive to South Beach and 30 minutes to the famed Sawgrass Mills outlet stores. 24 hour Superstore Wall Mart just across the bridge.
Please no smoking Inside the condo . You may smoke on balcony with balcony door closed and please make sure to not throw cigarette butts out the balcony. One time Cleaning fee $80. We are aware of the construction next door and may have some noise but the beach is perfect. I am free to answer any questions anytime. I want to thank everyone for great reviews.
We found the condo to be very well kept and clean, we didn't have any problems. It is ideally located for shopping and restaurants. We will would definitely return. Ina is very professional and friendly. Our stay was the month of March 2016.
I stayed for a business conference by myself. This is a great condo on the beach. Nice views. Very clean. Very affordable.
I stayed in the apartment for three days. Its a beautiful place in a nice neighborhood. It is clean with nice, comfortable furniture. The view from balcony is beautiful. You can sit and enjoy the view of the ocean.
The place is right in front of the beach. So, you will not have to spend much time to get to the beach. Also, there is a newly opened beach restaurant that serves delicious cocktails, dinner/breakfast/lunch right along the sand. Very nice atmosphere with some downtempo music.
Overall, great experience. Hope to return to this place soon.
The moment I walked in, I couldn't help but notice how clean the place was! Stunning views of the beach, spacious rooms and friendly staff. This is definitely a place that makes you feel at home but at the same time on a tropical vacation. Highly recommend!
I enjoyed my staying for 5 days in this spacious apartment with a great view on the ocean. The property was clean and well-maintained. The building has a great gym, which was empty most of the time, so i was able to use all the equipment with no wait. The pool was clean, well-maintained with planty of room to swim.On the beach there was a Beach Club, where i was able to rent beach chair with towel and umbrella. And they had a great restaurant with a dj, which became one of my favorite place to eat in the area.
I highly recommend this place.
We rented the condo for 8 nights after having a great experience renting a condo next door(The Tides)on February 2015.The 2 stars were given for the great location,very well maintained Sian property and helpful , courteous Sian staff,beautiful view of both the intracoastal and the ocean(there is a high rise construction in-front,though )and the well stocked kitchen .The listing description was not always accurate:This is NOT the view from the balcony ,there is no coffee table in the living room,TV's picture quality is bad,very basic condo cable(20+ channels)much in Spanish.
Bathtub doors didn't slide in their tracks and bathtub itself didn't have anything to prevent from slipping(like stickers you'd stick in it),both safety issues.Bathroom lights were dim(there was no dimmer),one night light didn't work and kitchen lights worked anywhere 20% -40% of their capacity at all times(refer to 3rd photo on 2nd row.Only some of the right side lights were working and sometimes the centre light,too).The ceiling between bedroom and bathroom had damp/wet stains and above all there were TINY ANTS ALL OVER THE KITCHEN- MANY OF THEM!! They went all over and in our groceries,which we had to discard.We literally couldn't prepare any food without having ants running around.The manager was definitely aware of the problem because I found an ant killer under the sink .When I contacted Ina ,the property manager(left a message)I didn't even mention all other problems,all I asked was to solve the ants problem.I had to contact her 2nd time ,her response for not getting back to me was that she was out of town for the weekend and she'll talk to the condo exterminator.A few more days passed ,she did't get back to me so I asked the condo management if they could help us and they told me that it is the condo owner responsibility to get their own exterminator.Only after the Sian manager called the property manager she called us back,screaming that we didn't have to talk to the building manager, telling us another story that there are ants in FL. 3 times a year and there is nothing she can do .We lived in FL.so we are aware of ant/insect issues but when you spray regularly there will be no ants .
It is my belief that it's the property manager's responsibility to maintain a good standard in house keeping ,make sure everything is in working order and ready for vacationers.Above all,we haven't experienced honesty, professionalism and good customer service from Ina ,Property Mgr
