The second bedroom or "kids room" has two new twin beds and matching white dressers,
with a full bath outside the door. There is privacy from the Master and guest rooms. Kitchen is well appointed with new granite counter top and all modern stainless steel appliances. It is a dream Beach Condo in the perfect location and only minutes from world Renowned Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach!

This condo is lovely - with a really great layout . We really loved how centrally located it was to everything.
Furnishings and appliances have been thoughtfully selected to ensure the condo is a modern, comfortable space. The master suite is nicely furnished and has it's own access to the lanai. The guest bedroom and bathroom are located down the hall from main living area and there is also a den with a comfortable queen-size sofa bed - which allows you to accommodate any additional guests in perfect comfort. Overall the condo is a really good size and there's lots of room on the lanai as well for entertaining.
Located in the ( gated ) Vanderbilt Lakes community with nice amenities (pool, tennis ) - the condo owner (Sarah) also provides equipment for tennis as well as chairs and umbrella for those long days at the beach.
The condo is located just a quick drive to local activities, beaches, restaurants and every type of shopping.
Restaurants: Excellent local restaurant is C-Level – it definitely wins the prize. Their service, quality of food and presentation are A+++ .
On Valentine’s Day we went Enzo’s and it was good as well…… Fun places to eat….try Pinchers Crab Shack , Mel’s Diner and Coconut Jacks…and definitely stop at Doc’s on the Beach
for a beer while watching the sunset and the dolphins.
Shopping at Coconut Point Mall is a lovely experience…we loved the outdoor mall. For higher end stores visit The Shops on Venetian Bay - or for local shopping try Anthony’s or stop in at Victoria’s .
Fun things to do…Airboats & Alligators (on Lake Trafford), and of course long, long walks on the beach , go hiking the CREW trails for up close alligator sightings and of course there’s LOTS of golf courses and try
Naples Botanical Gardens for a fun afternoon…they’ve also got a lovely little restaurant there.
We thoroughly enjoyed “the season” at the Bonita Springs condo….and Sarah, the owner, is very attentive and responsive to anything you may need help with .
We stayed 3 months in this recently updated condo in beautiful gated Vanderbilt Lakes and really enjoyed it! Nice quiet location with two large pool areas and beautiful grounds. Spacious condo is very well maintained with great kitchen and big wrap-around lanai. Master bedroom/bath large yet comfy. Sarah (owner) was always helpful and sincerely interested in assuring we had an enjoyable stay. Location is perfect for beaches, restaurants, shopping, golf and all the many attractions South Florida has to offer. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Please note the the FOLLOWING:
1. 3 month rentals are preferred in the high season
During High Season November - April 15th the Condo Board will only allow3 month rentals or more
2. During Off Season one month rentals are acceptable.
3. During High Season our rate is inclusive of only 2 FULL TIME OCCUPANTS and additional FULL TIME occupants are at an additional rate of $500 per month for each person. For example: 4 renters the monthly cost would be $5000 per month, and 3 months would be $15K for 4 renters. Visitors for up to 2 weeks during high season are FREE OF CHARGE.
5.Renters must check in the first day of the month and check out the last day of the month or the first day of the next month . flexibility is possible by discussion with the owner .
