Lovely home in Acadia

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful time in Acadia at Diana's beautiful home! The close location to carriage trails made biking and walking in the park very convenient right from her home without having to drive anywhere. The home had everything we needed for great family getaway!

A superb classic home with a fantastic host

  • 5 of 5

I have stayed at many VRBO and AirBNB throughout the world and this was one of the nicest places I have stayed at. The house was spacious, beds were VERY comfortable. the porch was amazing, and Diana was a great host by leaving us beer in the fridge and fresh apples from the orchard. We loved hanging out on the porch and planning out our day and then enjoying drinks on the porch after a busy day. The WiFi was excellent and we loved the Steamshower. The Kitchen was very well equipped if you were inclined to cook. The drive into Bar Harbor was an easy 10 minute drive. I really liked this place and would stay again next time we are visiting the area. Thanks Diana!

Great location, great house

  • 5 of 5

Our family of 7 (three generations) stayed at Diana's place this summer for our trip to MDI/Acadia National park and the house is just perfect. It's clean, very comfortable, well equipped and very centrally located. Access to Park loop road for Acadia (esp. Jordan pond, Cadillac mtn.) are superb, as is access to Bar Harbor, Seal Harbor and beyond. The house has everything you need - well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds and a beautiful porch to sit out on. A wonderful place to make wonderful memories.

Owner's Response: Thank you very much, Mahesh, and extended family. I have just returned from a family celebration, my mother's 87th, where we all enjoyed your very thoughtful house present. I am happy that three generations of your family enjoyed themselves here--those opportunities are too rare! All my very best.

Comfortable home - great location on a quiet street - accessible to Acadia National Park.

  • 5 of 5

Charming home with comfortable beds, great porch and front yard : the little boys could run and kick the ball a safe distance away from a very quiet street. Loved the proximity to Jordan Pond and Thuya Gardens. We walked to the Lighthouse Restaurant, Seal Harbor, and the coffee shop - feasted on lobster and fish. An all around great trip.

Great location!

  • 5 of 5

Our family loved this charming house in Maine! The location to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park were perfect for our active family. When we were not out exploring local attractions, we all enjoyed the porch and yard to hang out in and take in the beautiful weather and views.

Diana is a wonderful owner to work with because she knows the area so well. Her house is very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The beds are so comfortable too!!!

We can't wait to come back to this house again soon!!!
