Why Julian, Judith and Yves chose Crescent Beach
Dolphin Bay is perfectly located between the Banana River and the Atlantic Ocean. We fell in love with this place, the location and the relaxed atmosphere of Cocoa Beach.
What makes this Condo unique
The backyard is next to the Banana River. Dolphins often swim buy. You just have to walk across the street to the beach, which is never crowded.

Great place to stay!
Really great place to stay! View of the river was amazing and the sunsets were to die for! Tons of kayaks to use and pool was great! We saw dolphins right outside in the river swimming around! The only complaints were the mattress wasn’t that comfy and we had to start washing our sheets and towels before we checked out although there was a $90 cleaning fee which should have covered housekeeping on their part. Who wants to do laundry on vacation? But overall an amazing stay and we will return!
Nice location close to beach and saw beautiful firework displays across banana river. Fun pool and decorated nicely.
Loved our stay
The location is perfect! Quieter end of beach, literally across the street. Wildlife viewing from garden. Pool is bigger than pictures lead you to believe and is Clean, kids loved it. Apartment was nice. Pull out is very easy to use and put away every day with storage underneath. Kitchen has everything you’d need for cooking. Cable and DVD player available. The laundry facilities are good too. Lots of towels. Our only complaint is you can hear your neighbors quite easily. Our neighbors snored but I remedied this with cotton wool and the neighbors below, their dog barked before 7am every morning. However I would still recommend this place, because we are early risers to get out and enjoy the area and I think the positives of this property outweigh the thinner walls. We saw tons of wildlife, watched a sea turtle lay eggs in Melbourne beach, snorkeled with manatees at Blue Springs State Park 90 mins, kayaked the bioluminescence bay 60 mins away and kayaked at Thousand Islands, 10 mins away. Loved, loved our trip.
Scenic river view
Our stay in this beautifully located house was enjoyable even though we did not have good weather. We saw many dolphins swimming in the Banana River and enjoyed the breathtaking sunsets from our deck. This was definitely the highlights of our stay in Dolphin Bay. The beach is also just a short walk away and absolutely beautiful! Our only concern was that you can hear the neighbors through the walls.
We loved this apartment, which was located in a great area. The apartment had a great kitchen, which was stocked with lots of accessories and everything you could possibly need!
Use of the kayaks and access to the Banana River was fabulous. We took the kayaks out one morning and happened upon a family of dolphins about a mile north, near an inlet. We sat silently for an hour, watching and listening as the mama, daddy, and baby swam around. It was breathtaking. A few days later we looked out from the patio, and there they were again! We were there in late October, there was no boat traffic and barely any people around.
The patio and pool were great. We walked over to the beach several times. We ate at Squid Lips, which was delicious. For a real adventure, paddle the kayaks north to Squid Lips and beach them while you eat!! We highly recommend Barrier Jack's (in Cocoa Beach) for breakfast - it's nothing fancy but had the BEST breakfast we've every had, including the seafood omelet.
This may not be a 'luxury' apartment as most people would define it, but it was a great getaway for two adults. We are practical people and felt it far exceeded our needs. It was definitely more than just a place to sleep. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
Charming place for the price! Beautiful views!
The owners are very eager to assist you and very friendly. Communication was not a problem. Upon arrival to the property, walking up the stairs and finding the key was no issue, and found a very clean place to stay. This place has all the amenities that you would need for the week. Close walk to the beach, and various restaurants close by. The only issues I could really find were that the walls were a little thin, and we could hear our neighbors. Some things like the ceiling appeared to be a little dated, but were structurally sound. The bed is a little more hard than I would like. The shower was a little small, which made for some difficulties in maneuvering around. When someone else in the apartment uses water, and you are in the shower, you can expect a surge of hot water. There is not a lot of electrical receptacles, so be prepared to bring an extension cord and maybe a surge protector. There is a place for you to park your vehicle. There are 2 entrances which is divided by a tree and bush. If there are vehicles in their designated spots, sometimes it is difficult to maneuver into your spot. I would suggest relocation of the bush, cutting the tree down, and paving that spot in for more ease of parking. Everything else was delightful! The pool was very clean, and had plenty of rafts, boogie boards, and pool noodles for your use. The grill was clean and in good working order. The views are breathtaking. There are plenty of chairs to sit at the river and just watch the sun go down. Very relaxing. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything that you need should you want to stay in and cook. The stairs has a solar light with sensor for your safety. Overall, I really enjoyed staying there
