Located between town and the mountain in Old Town Winter Park, Slopeside 202 has an idyllic cabin-like feeling with the spaciousness of a townhome. Enjoy the two levels of privacy while still having an open floor plan on the main level when your group wants to come together in the cozy living room or have dinner together in the dining area. You'll love the views from the main level deck that showcase the resort and surrounding mountains.

When you're ready to rest easy, head to one of the three spacious bedrooms including the Primary King Suite on the main level, Queen bedroom on the lower level and perfect kids bunk room on the lower level. This level also features a small office space for when you have to get a little work done and access to the private, bubbling hot tub that's total perfection all year long.

Additional amenities at Slopeside 202 include a heated one car garage, brand new 65" smart TV, in-home washer & dryer, stainless steel appliances, gas grill, keyless entry, remote check-in, and 24 hour support from our local vacation planners.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Queen bedroom, and Twin/Queen bunk with Twin trundle in the bunk room. Plus, a Queen sized self-inflating EZ bed in the living area. Sleeps up to 10 guests.

Please Note:
- Quiet hours begin daily at 8pm. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.
- The owner does occasionally bring their dog to the property, be aware for those who are sensitive.

Went to slopeside in early Feb, the house was very nice. Comfortable beds and clean, very well stocked with anything you could need in the kitchen. The management company was very responsive with anything we needed. One tip for the shuttle … during the week use the green line and for the weekend use the old town line.

The rental is very comfortable with room to move around for a family of 4. The single attached garage parking is a bonus. The short bus ride to the resort is convenient but you will have to learn the route and which bus to take. We would definitely stay there again.
