This is a great location and fun place.
My family and I had a great time visiting orlando this week. The owner is really responsive to messages and did move quickly when we had questions. There were some issues with a leaking sink, but he took care of it. The one thing I would recommend would to be have more toiletry options and something as simple as trash bags. We made it work but it would be really nice to have that.

Overall, this property was great! Getting in the property was simple, kids loved the slides and pool. The only problem we ran into was there were no washcloths available and no hand towel in the upstairs bathroom, so we just picked up a few bath sponges at a nearby Walgreen's. As well as we figured out the hot/cold settings in the upstairs shower is backwards. Also, there is not an ice-maker in the freezer, so plan to get a bag of ice if you're one who likes having ice in their drinks. There was plenty of room for our family of four. We would stay here again. Thank you!
We had an AMAZING time at Ricardo’s home. Ricardo was very accommodating and was able to provide us with early check-in and late check-out with ease. He responded to all of my messages within 10 minutes of me sending them and was a WONDERFUL host! The property itself was cleanly on arrival and in close proximity to all of the pools/resort attractions. The beds are very comfortable and the townhome decor was very modern; not to mention the lovely outdoor patio. The property is everything you could want and more! I definitely would recommend staying here!! Pure perfection :)
Overall very satisfactory stay.
Hi this is my first time writing a review of a property I've stayed in here. Travelling from a long distance such as Ireland we wanted to make sure that everything was as it should be and to be fair it definitely was. All mods and cons was in good condition and working well. Having the AC was great and definitely a must as we wouldn't be used to having this. Staying there and having the washing machine and dryer was 5 star as it was great washing clothes rather than having to do it when you get home. The property itself was in good condition and there was very few low points. Another great thing about the house is that having a safety deposit box which for me is a great piece of mind. The rooms were clean and had everything and toilets and shower area was good. The resort itself is in good condition with a lot of amenities, the food and bar area was good the pool, lazy river and slides are fabulous for the kids and my kids had a ball especially on a down day from the parks. A few things that would need looking at and this is not a complaint just an observation would be to make sure the blind is replaced on the patio door especially if you are sleeping on the sofa bed, probably label the remotes and how they work but these are small things.
Overall great stay and Ricardo replied back within a few minutes which is great and such a comfort and we were able to solve any issues. I would recommend this property for families as its close to everything you need.

Fun overall but.....
The condo we stayed at which was at Fantasy World Resort was fun...but there are definitely issues with the resort and condo. This is not a home away from home because at my house we have toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags...so on and so on. We immediately left the condo instead of relaxing after a long travel day and armed with our huge list we spent 200 bucks at Walmart. Not fun. The condo was clean and it suited our needs . The place needs some upkeep. The slider door did not open easily. The outside screen door was busted and would not close so we had critters on the porch. The remotes for the TV and cable were so confusing we just kept them turned off. No instructions whatsoever . I could go and on. But the owners were nice and they answered our emails promptly. The resort is decent but you better bring cash. The bar does not take credit cards for beer,food,activities. No credit cards? What year are we in? The wristbands we were given did not have a tie back to help them from falling off in and around the pool where you HAVE to have them on in order to be there. If you lose one that will be 50.00. Most likely CASH. The food was good. Activites were not bad. Pools were nice. The gas grills are good but first come first serve. Good luck with that.The resort has lots of dumb rules that usually do not apply at most other resorts we have stayed in. And to top it off we had ordered three boxes from Amazon so we could save time from going shopping and we only received two packages. One was at the office and the other package was in the condo. The third is was most likely taken by someone. We cannot fight it with Amazon because it shows dropped off and signed by RESIDENT. Thats 40 bucks more down the drain. So over all it was a decent vacation. We will try somewhere else next time.........
Firstly, grateful for your comments. Unfortunately, you and your family did not have a satisfactory stay for what I noticed. I'll try to clarify some items here. We offer the basics for your stay, paper towel, toilet paper, detergent, among others, we are not a hotel, but as you said the communication was always good. You should have explained your needs in more detail. Our job is to serve you and we are proud to say that we are always available. I always make it clear, in the emails that you received before your arrival, that any need do not hesitate to contact me. In relation to the rules of the Resort, this is beyond our control, but for the most guests, as can be read in other comments right here, people like it and have a lot of fun. Regarding Amazon, we can not guarantee delivery, when people ask us, and it was not the case here, the best option is to deliver any package at the resort reception. More reliable.
