Beach Side Studio on Estero /steps to beach access/wi-fi/beach station

Very convenient to all activities & beach but there is absolutely no place to put your belongings. The bathroom sink is a pedestal which leaves NO room for make-up, toothbrush/paste, etc. No dresser/closet to put your clothes away and no place to put your suitcase except for the kitchen island which now makes that space unusable for food/drink/snacks. It's right on the road so traffic noise is horrible. It is also very damp - windows were always wet and the room temperature was never comfortable. There are stairs to the unit which are in horrible shape. The railing is completely broken and getting a sliver will definitely happen if you're not paying attention (like me). The one handsoap in the unit was watered down to make it look full so don't expect to have clean hands at any point during your stay. The bathroom door doesn't even shut and there isn't a fan for ventilation. There are literally TWO parking spots available for guests. If you don't get one of those you'll have to park about two blocks down the road and walk to the unit (in the rain/cold/whatever). We moved our vehicle to Mojoe's parking to load up and were approached immediately to see how long we intended on parking there because that was for Mojoe's customers ONLY. I wanted to love this place because of location but would rather stay farther away and pay more rather than deal with all of this. Our flight was canceled due to weather back home and chose to rent elsewhere as opposed to extending our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. We never met the owners, there wasn't any need to. Check in was a breeze since all of the info was sent via email. Everything worked. Loved the water pressure in the shower. Just a few steps to the beach and close to lots of bars and restaurants. Just the right size for 2 people. FYI, the wine fridge leaks in the bottom right corner. We put down a towel to protect the floors. Thank you.

Renovated studio within minutes of the beach. Place is right on busy road so very loud when trying to sleep. Couldn't get on the internet the whole week. Within walking distance of many restaurants and time square. Pillows were lumpy. Best part of this rental is the location.

This VRBO was just as described. It is a studio with kitchen and bath with shower. The unit was very clean and furnished with really about everything you need. The coffee shop next door is an added plus. When they say steps to the beach, they are accurate. I enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend.

The property is in a very safe area, everyone is super friendly. Would definitely come back!
