Greenville also boast a thriving and quaint, historic downtown area which is home to museums, theaters, city and municipal offices, the main and historical library, a night life area, river walk, boating, fishing and parks.

It is ranch-style so no stairs need to be dealt with; it is elegantly decorated with new furnishing and lavish antiques or well designed and has a dining area, outside patio and has a very-well equipped kitchen.
In addition, amenities, exquisite beddings, towels and two full bathrooms all comforts to make your stay luxurious and comfortable.
You’ll stay comfortable and entertained with, internet, cable. It is positioned in a prime area of greenville located within minutes by walking to a shopping mall, various restaurants, grocery stores, a movie theater and a gas/convenience store. It’s a 5 minutes drive to the ECU campus, historic downtown or a golf course and a short 12 minutes drive to the VIDANT hospital or industrial complex park. There is also a gym and full-sized pool for guest’s enjoyment with a few minutes’ drive. For those that like natural water, the home has near access to river and boating facilities. The convention center and all major sporting arenas and complexes are just a few minutes away. It’s also only a short and beautiful 45 minutes drive to the historical coastal town of the old NC capital, NEW BERN and a 50 minutes drive from there to beautiful Atlantic Beach NC.
The Cottage also has a parking area that easily fits 2 cars and is part of a small and quiet community with friendly neighbors.

Cute house, communicative owner

The house was exactly what it looks like online, it was easy to get into and was ready for us early. We were able to easily communicate with the owner when we needed to and would use her properties again.

Not my best experience

When we arrived at the property we had confirmed 3 days earlier, it was occupied. We called the manager and were sent to another property. Great location, plenty of space, but not the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in. The baseboards were grimy, shower curtain was moldy, and there were no tissues in the unit. I reported my concerns to the manager after we left and she simply replied with a thank you. She was very responsive with assistance during our stay.

Just okay...

My family stayed here for a weekend. The townhouse is in a location that’s okay. I will say I smelled cigarette smoke in the house and all night long when trying to sleep. A neighbor smokes outside and that smell lingers inside the house. Also, the front screened door would always stick and wasn’t the easiest to open and close. The master bath shower was not operable. So, we all had to take a shower in one bathroom, which was less than ideal. The kitchen was nicely updated, which was a plus. I felt like for the price with an additional charge per night for more than 2 people was too much considering the accommodations.
