Impressive. Spacious. Awesome. All these and more apply to this Lincoln City vacation rental poised on the northern tip of the town's beautiful, seven-mile stretch of beach. From the massive hot tub to the game room, you'll stay in style, comfort, and luxury. You'll want to bring the camera when you head out for the memories you're about to make. Not only does Lincoln City's seven-mile beach play host to sandcastles, beachcombers, and clammers, Lincoln City's geographic position on the 45th Parallel accounts for the constant wind and its moniker as the Kite Capital of the World. Anglers: Bring your tackle box and poles to Devil's Lake, home to nine freshwater fish species.

Located in Road's End - a quiet development at the northern end of Lincoln City - you'll be just a short distance from a hidden cove in the headland that's sheltered and quiet, where you can explore tide pools and observe birds like long-necked cormorants.

Steeped in sunlight through multiple windows stacked over two stories, the enormous living area is still cheery and intimate with its elegant furnishings and warm colors. Enjoy a DVD or a cable show on the large TV, or relish the comfort of the plush leather furniture as you read a book or magazine. After a hearty meal prepared in the gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, piggy-back ovens, and lots of prep space on the beautiful granite countertops, choose from two dining areas to enjoy your meal. There's the surrounded-by-windows dining table for casual meals and the formal ding table for special meals.

Need to work off dinner? Head down to the beach for a walk or rack 'em up for a game of pool in the game room. You'll also have an air hockey table and space for board games, puzzles, or just hanging out as a group. Then, head out to the deck and watch the sunset from the bubbly warmth of the hot tub.

All of the bedrooms are comfortable and well-designed. The upstairs holds the primary suite - sure to pamper its occupants with spa-like luxury. With a private balcony, you may never want to leave this room. The loft area, just off the primary suite, has a sofa bed for lounging before bed with a book or enjoying morning coffee while using the WiFi to get online. Other amenities include a stereo, CD player, iPod dock, and a washer/dryer.

Bring your family, friends, or colleagues to this fantastic Northern Oregon Coast vacation rental and see why Lincoln City has long been called the Miracle Twenty Miles.

Booking ended up being through Vacasa. I do not recommend ever using them again. When we booked it came down to two properties for our group, this one or ALSO Beach House. Ultimately we choose this one because it had the hot tub and many of us were really looking forward to using it. Before our arrival I emailed asking about a late check out and a few concerns based from previous reviews-never received communication back. Got to the house and basic maintenance is definitely needed. Discovered the hot tub didn’t work, they sent a maintenance tech out that had never been to that property to look at it and told us it should be okay to use the one side of Jets and that he was going to get the spa company to come out and look. The spa company told us it’s extremely hazardous to have anyone in the hot tub and that they would have to order the parts. The maintenance tech texted me saying his manager authorized a $50/day refund for not being able to use the hot tub. Which I ended up having to call and agree with a receptionist and send them a screen shot of my text to prove the refund a week after our trip was over. There was a cabinet balancing on top of another, not even connected. Many door knobs super loose, wall around venting over cut so you could see into the next room above the vent. The downstairs toilet was not secured to the floor. There was a wrapper and hair found under the mattress protector when we removed them at the end to wash to help the housekeepers. There was left over food dried on many of the dishes. We had 4 adults working during the day and I personally found it extremely difficult to work with the birds nesting in the eves making scratching sounds all day long. When the Maintenance tech told me about the $50/day I requested to speak with someone higher up. He said he would pass it on and I never heard back from anyone. A week after our stay when I called Vacasa’s corporate office in Portland, OR the receptionist kept going back and forth with her supervisor instead of handing me off to her supervisor after I asked to speak with the supervisor. After providing them proof I was told $50/day refund they refunded just that amount and nothing further for any of the other items or hassle. Coming from the hospitality industry and property management I was disappointed with how this was handled and if I were the owner of the property and knew this is how my property was being managed I would be pretty upset.

Nice location and layout for a reasonable price
Location is great. The house has great views of the beach. The master bedroom has great views, and is a nice quiet retreat from the rest of the house. The lower level has lots of sleeping space- if you have lots of kids it's a fun place for them to be. Some accessories are a little dated, but the kitchen is well-stocked.

Horrible experience
I’ll start out by saying I booked this place for my birthday weekend with my husband and family. The reason I chose this place over a hotel which would’ve been cheaper was the hot tub and the amenities it offered. Well unfortunately the listing is completely inaccurate. They have the amenities they just don’t work. The air hockey table is busted and has dead spots. The customer service communication is awful, as it it takes 2 freaking days for anyone to get back to you about the hot tub not working. The fact that they won’t answer my emails or chat tells you they knew the amenities don’t work and still charged me an arm and a leg for it. The house was dusty, drawers broken, floors were dirty, grill was gross. We had to clean the place before unpacking anything. When I reached out about the hot tub not working they asked me the guest to touch the breaker and reset it. I am the guest, expecting things to work in the rental. Luckily my brother in law is an electrician and reset the breaker but that didn’t fix anything. After that they stopped responding to me. I’ve reached out three times and no one has gotten back to me. They expect their guests to clean the place before leaving but they still will charge you a cleaning service?? What logic is this? I plan to contact my bank and dispute the charges as I should not be charged for things that do not work in the house.

Best time
We had the absolute best time! The view is truly amazing. Being able to see the ocean and hear the waves from the hot tub and bedroom is nice. Short walk to the beach, loved that. Kitchen had everything we needed. House was stocked well for a large party. Pool table and air hockey worked great. Would definitely stay here again. Close to the casino and grocery store. Nice hiking trail near by. Only downer is the house isn't sound proof at all you can hear literally everything. But it didn't bother us.
