For reservations that are STAYS OF LESS THAN 30 DAYS: (Rentals that are nightly or weekly and less than 30 days) A sixty (60) day notice is required for ANY cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur the loss of the security deposit (if one was collected) or if no security deposit is required, $275 plus the cost of the $99 Damage Waiver. Damage Waivers are non-refundable. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made less than 60 days of the arrival date, will incur the loss of the total reservation amount paid including and reservation/security deposit/damage waiver policy. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. For reservations that are STAYS OF 30 DAYS OR MORE: (Monthly rentals) Any cancellation made more than 120 days prior to arrival will incur the loss of 1/2 of the reservation confirmation amount (1st Payment) less any amount paid towards the security deposit (if one was collected). Damage Waivers are non-refundable. Cancellations that are made within 120-90 days prior to the arrival date, will incur the loss of the full total reservation amount paid to date which includes less any amount applied towards security deposit (if one was collected). Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to arrival, will incur the loss of the full reservation amount including security deposit (if security deposit was collected). Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or return of deposit.

Santa Barbara -- August 2019
Was a good base during our short trip to Santa Barbara. Most things within easy walking distance. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the large TV in the living room. Amtrak station is very close and the train horns are very loud. Parking situation was annoying with the people staying in the downstairs unit.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa and couldn't have been happier. The location is excellent! Everything is within walking distance. State street, the Funk zone and the beaches. The villa itself is adorable! We loved how it was decorated and found it to be super comfy. We will definitely stay here again.
SB apartment, few blocks from ocean
The unit is very clean, plenty of amenities, updated furnishings, and hardwood throughout. The location is ideal.I would rent this property again. Some things to note- there is no AC and none of the windows have screens. Being on the 2nd floor and heat rising there were a few warm nights. There is a AC unit for use but cannot be run if you are not there (in case it leaks)and really only cools a small area. The floors are also very noisy/creaking so if you have small children it may be hard to keep quiet. And finally, there is one TV. Having a TV in one of the bedrooms would have been a great thing since we had our 2 sons with us.

Such a treasure near the ocean and walking distance to town. The villa is clean and bright. A quiet place to retreat.
*Limited two car parking. The spaces are challenging to get into.
Not a place for parties.
Perfect location, clean, comfortable and well stocked with essentials. This was our annual mother/daughter week. Perfect location, we were able to walk to the pier, restaurants, shops. Even beach chairs, umbrella, cart and beach towels were supplied.
Centrally located West Beach and Harbor location offers guests the most incredible spot at the center of everything in Santa Barbara. Walk to everything and enjoy the most picturesque views of the mountains and beaches. Beach is a short 1 block from this upstairs unit!
