"Welcome to Sea Breeze, a delightful spot in beautiful Gulf Shores! This charming condo sits just across the street from the stunning Gulf of Mexico, offering an exceptional location. Surrounded by excellent dining, shopping, entertainment, and more, this condo's complex boasts a variety of amenities, including a newly re-done pool area, lounge chairs, BBQ facilities, picnic tables for al fresco dining, and covered parking for two cars.

Recently updated, this nautical-themed unit promises a cozy and memorable stay with your family or friends. The spacious living room features a flat-screen TV and seamlessly flows into the kitchen area, perfect for both cooking and entertaining. The master suite offers a comfortable king bed, and the guest bedroom includes a queen bed. There's also a queen sleeper sofa available for additional guests. Recent updates include new bedroom flooring, comfort-height toilets, a new washer and dryer, and new furniture and décor, making Sea Breeze a perfect vacation destination.

For Winter Season reservations (January and February), bookings made before October 1st require a minimum stay of 60 days (two months). Reservations not meeting this criterion are subject to potential cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may have a minimum stay of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information:
Vehicle Registration Tags are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office. Parking is assigned based on the unit, with a maximum allowance of ONE parking space.. Linens are provided, but guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Policies:
Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent. Photo ID is mandatory at check-in. Smoking is not permitted, and pets are not allowed.

They're is only 1 parking spot allocated to this unit regardless of what the property mgmt company tells you - even if you paid for additional parking. Any additional vehicles beyond the one spot allocated will be towed by the housing association.

Cleanliness

The listing was as expected per pictures. It was a great place to stay. We were only there to shower and sleep mostly. I scored low grade just on cleanliness. The bathroom shower/bath were not cleaned well and all of the floors were sticky. The master-bath showerhead needs an upgrade as it was terrible, slow trickle. My overal experience of the condo was great.
