The House:

Four bedrooms (2 master suites), 3 1/2 bathrooms, plus outside shower, kitchen, and four decks. Enjoy both Ocean and Bay views from two of the decks and a screened porch on the bottom deck. From the back deck, watch your kids splashing in the community pool, while you sip a margarita and people-watch the scene on Dewey's main street.

The multiple decks are perfect for enjoying the amazing sunsets, watching the Fourth of July fireworks, or just relaxing as you drink a cold cocktail (or two or three). If you're lucky, you might even spy Elvis as there have been multiple sightings of The King in recent years.

This is one of the few communities in Dewey Beach that offers a large in-ground pool. The Atlantic Ocean is just a few homes away, restaurants right around the corner, and just a block away is Rehoboth Bay (with a bayside sandy beach) where you can kayak, wind surf, and paddleboard amongst wildlife and the wonders of nature. Hey, is that an otter winking at you!? It just may be.

Walk, bicycle, or take the kids for ice cream. Ride the quaint Jolly Trolley (clang, clang, clang went the trolley!) to one of the many fine dining establishments in nearby Rehoboth. The Tanger Outlets, which offer tax-free shopping, are only a short five minute drive from the beach house.

Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the house (great for those brooding teenagers.) There's a large flat screen TV in the Living Room to watch the ballgame. The full-size kitchen, dining table, and breakfast bar make it easy to eat-in when you want to.

The unit is available for full weeks in-season or select weeks and weekends off-season. Two covered parking spaces are provided and there are guest spaces in the community lot. The unit also includes all new bathrooms, brand new beds (some with pillow-top mattress!), new A/C unit, original artwork, and a washer/dryer for laundry.
