The original cabin has been turned into a cozy den. Sit and relax while you experience the historic charm of the wood burning fireplace. The living room has plenty of seating or additional sleeping space with a full size sleeper. Entertainment is at hand with a stocked library and a television with cable/ DVD player. The living room is sunny with plenty of access to natural light.

 Moose Creek Manor has been expanded and includes an open kitchen and dining area with all the basics for an enjoyable stay. In addition to a dining table, a breakfast bar adds an additional seating option.  FYI, the ice maker at this cabin is not hooked up.

The cabin has two bedrooms, the master with a queen and the guest with a full and twin. The master has an en suite bathroom with a shower.

Walk outside more amenities; like a relaxing hot tub(As of 10/11/23 hot tub is not available) and a propane BBQ. Sit on the front porch and enjoy nature with the mature trees that surround the property. Moose Creek Manor is located in a quiet neighborhood and is the perfect mountain escape.

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
Note: The carpets are lighter and do have some smudge marks. This property is perfect for the guest who is looking for a cabin rental that won't break the bank. Generally simple decor and filled with basic furnishings and amenities that will meet most of your needs for an enjoyable vacation. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
