Welcome To Boca Grande North, One Of The Most Beautiful Locations On Gaspari

NEWLY RENOVATED in 2015, this Gulf-side condo has spectacular views from the newly renovated lanai, living room, and master bedroom. The renovation included beautiful travertine floors, new carpet, new doors and windows, new molding, new furniture, new light fixtures, and new paint throughout. The Gulf-side master bedroom includes a king bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom has two queen beds, with an adjacent full bath. The living room has a queen hide-a-bed. For entertainment (in addition to easy access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico), the living room has a new 52” HD flat screen TV, the master bedroom has a new 48” HD flat screen TV, and the second bedroom also has a flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals and the condo has a full sized dryer and new washer. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

If you are not familiar with Gasparilla Island or the historic and quaint village of Boca Grande, you are in for a treat. Gasparilla has to be one of the most beautiful islands on the Gulf side of Florida with gorgeous upscale homes, beautiful landscaping, 7 miles of pristine beaches, and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. You will find no high rise apartments, no traffic lights, and no fast food restaurants on this island! Instead you will find an atmosphere you thought no longer existed in Florida. You will prefer to travel by golf-cart (rentals readily available and charging stations at the condo), or bicycle (the island has a golf cart and bike path along the entire seven mile length).

Our condo is located on the Gulf of Mexico so you have spectacular sunset views from our lanai, but you also have views of the Charlotte Bay boat docks as well, on the other side of the condo complex. Please see pictures for details.

About Allen & Diane Meyer

We have been visiting Gasparilla Island for years where we stayed with a friend in Port Charlotte, and in 2015 we decided we needed to make this piece of paradise our second home! We have not found a place in Florida that we like better and hope you have the same reaction. We currently live in Indiana where Allen is a college administrator/professor and Diane is a learning disabilities instructor. Our son lives in Chicago and our daughter attends Liberty University in Virginia but we’ve found Boca Grande a perfect place to meet as a family!

Why Allen & Diane Meyer chose Boca Grande

Boca Grande is truly unique. During the high season, you will find more visitors enjoying the warm air, sunshine, beautiful water and spectacular views, but you won’t find the bumper-to-bumper traffic that you will in most places in Florida. You have nothing to detract from your total relaxation.

Our condo itself is perfectly situated on the causeway leading to Gasparilla Island and is, in fact, on a small island itself. You can see the proximity on the maps. Because of the location, you have views of the Gulf on the back side of our condo (screened lanai) and from the front, you see Charlotte Harbor. Doesn't get better than that! Downtown Boca Grande is a short five minute drive and beaches are five to ten minutes away.

As mentioned above, this condo was renovated in 2015 and you will find this a very comforatable and relaxing setting.

What makes this condo unique

This is a perfect location! We have had visitors tell us that they are impressed with the upscale residences on the island but much prefer the views coming across the bridge that Boca Grande North provides. Moreover, this condo has an all-new renovation in 2015 and condo amenities that you would expect—pool, tennis courts, boat docks available—and all at a great price.

We loved this location!! The condo was decorated with a beach theme and had all the necessities. You are able to fish right behind the condo. Loved having a pool and a place to store our boat. We would definitely stay here again!!

Location! Location! Location!

Peace and serenity can be found on this truly unique little island.

The condo is bright, spotless and tastefully furnished. The beds are heavenly. Pride of ownership is evident in this home.

The condo is oceanfront allowing for amazing views and sunsets, not to mention the daily visits from dolphins. The pool and the grounds are well maintained and very pretty.

Allen and Diane are amazing hosts, immediately responding to any and all inquiries.

This was our 10th year vacationing in the area and our second year in this amazing condo. We love love it. We are hooked and have booked for next year. We hope to make this an annual tradition.

At Gasparilla Island you will enjoy all that a beach community has to offer. In addition, our renter's notebook in the condo includes numerous ideas about attractions off-island. However, for the utmost in relaxation, you most likely will just want to stay on the island. Some year-around residents say they leave as little as possible!

Gasparilla Island is located between Tampa and Ft. Myers on the Florida Gulf coast. If you are flying in, the closest airport is Punta Gorda but only Allegiant Air flies there. The Sarasota airport is the next closest followed by Ft. Myers, and Tampa. Rental cars are obviously available at each airport location
