Couldn't Be Happier!!!

This place has everything that I needed and Pauline and her husband couldn't be any more friendly or accommodating. They really went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and to make me happy. A clean and safe place to stay. You wont find anything better.

Premium Living

A contract in the area prompted my temporary stay in San Jose. What a find! This studio exceeded my expectations. There were many highlights of my stay. Just to name a few - the clean and updated studio with everything I needed and more, safe neighborhood, centrally located area with a 10-15 minute drive to downtown SJ, Santana Row, and quaint spots like Campbell and Los Gatos. The real gems of the property were the landlords Pauline and Lou - quality folks who are extremely hospitable and want to ensure a pleasant stay for their guest(s). For example, the WiFi was spotty and when I casually mentioned it, they had a new router waiting for me the next day. I would highly recommend this precious place for a single person or couple. You certainly won't regret it! Thank you, Pauline and Lou for going above and beyond and for opening up your home to me. If I ever have business in the area again, this place will absolutely be my first choice!

Hosts are very responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. The studio unit is well equipped. Has AC. Parking is on the street. Near shopping. Neighborhood is very quiet. Would be happ to stay again.
