Villa in Ciudad Quesada, Rojales, Torrevieja, Spain - Quiet, Safe Location 7 Mins Drive To Nearest Beach
- english, french, spanish, russian, dutch, swedish, norwegian, arabic
My family all love Spain for the hot sunny climate and the excellent food. Our house is situated in a 5 star closed community. It is very safe and family friendly. Your stay here can be as fun, active, cultural or as relaxing as you like. We tend to go for relaxing on holidays, apart from swimming & cycling & the kids love the aqua parks and the many markets. We also like to fly to Madrid, Valencia or Barcelona first for a bit of culture and then fly or drive to Alicante, which can be cheaper than the train.
Why Owner chose Rojales
We chose this particular part of Spain because it is so easy to travel to. The climate here is perfect- hot and dry. It is fanned by the Levante wind which also makes the heat easier to bear. On the beaches you feel as though you really are in Spain as families from Madrid tend to holiday here in greater numbers because it is the closest coastal area to the Spanish capital. This means that you have a great choice of authentic Spanish restaurants. It also means that there are plenty of local 'Fiestas' to enjoy.
What makes this Villa unique
We bought this house because we loved the very Spanish look of the houses. We love all the balconies and the garden spaces front and back. Also the pools are beautifully shaped with magnificent landscaped sun bathing areas.

Just the holiday we needed
A lovely location and complex, pools and grounds were kept extremely clean and tidy.A very friendly atmosphere created by both residents and other holidaymakers. The property was just right, roomy and well equipped although some of the sun chairs could do with an upgrade, but a very minor issue that could not take the shine off a fabulous holiday. We would certainly book here again, top marks, thanks Yvonne
Paradise in spain
7 groups from 2 families rented to attend a family wedding 5 booked with this company 2 booked with another whilst we were living like kings and queens one of the other sites cancelled the day before and the other was 35 minutes drive away Thanks for an amazing lodgings where everything you would need was in the apartment
Thank you for your very complimentary and kind words Margaret. I'm so glad you all enjoyed your stay and had everything that you needed. Yvonne
The property was cold. Need of a bit of TLC. The bedding was a miss match the single quits double covers. Beds not made up. Would not use again.
The downstairs of the house house is lovely and cool in the summer and yes even in Spain it gets cold in February. We find the gas heater is more than adequate even without the bedroom heaters. There are double quilts as well as single quilts.
What happened to to nice outside dining furniture as portrayed in in the photographs??
All we found were broken cheap wooden chairs on the bedroom balcony also broken chair on the rear outside area along with the remains of a broken up bed !!
The BBQ provided was rusted out and had obviously seen better days I personally wouldn’t even attempt to fire it up as I value my health.
Very very! uncomfortable sofa/bed in the lounge kept slipping on the multi layered coverings that were placed over it.
As for the main bedroom the mattress was so “LUMPY”!! This definitely needs replacing!!
Kitchen in my opinion needs Deep Cleaning!!
Come on Guys !
This is not rocket science
You have to replace stuff when it wears out!
You have misrepresented your property in some of the photographs provided and will not obviously be recommending you!
Put something back into it and I’m sure you would have a very good cash cow for the future??
Thanks for your feedback Kenneth, I have addressed the issues that you raised below.
1. The outside dining furniture was damaged & had to be replaced, so yes those photos do need to be updated. One slat on one new chair was broken but has now been removed.
2. There are no broken chairs on the balcony, my keyholder has no idea what you are referring to.
3. A bed frame was replaced a couple of days before you arrived, I understood that the old one was removed, it seems not. That been sorted.
4. We will look into brick BBQs.
5. The mattress will be replaced.
6. The sofa cover will be replaced.
7. Guests usually keep the kitchen clean as they would in their own home & then my keyholder cleans it all again. I give it a deep clean every time I stay there.
Great complex quiet and relaxing
We had a great time only a 10 minute walk into Quesada plenty of bars and good food.
Glad you enjoyed your time Paul.
Det kunne vært litt mer hjemmekoselig. Tepper på gulv og bedre sittekomfort. Ellers lyst og trivelig.
Takk for dine kommentarer.
