We enjoy our visit, plenty of room for the entire family.
Great for big groups, so homey!
We had a big group here for New Years eve weekend, loved the house so much, fit everyone comfortably, everyone had a bed! The fire place was a favorite hang spot and lots of kitchen supplies for cooking. We made big family meals and loved the huge table to all sit at. Only slightly disappointed we couldn't use the outdoor hot tub, we were really hoping it'd be available. Would love to see this place in the summer tho, all the outdoor amenities looked super fun!
Nice property for a large group
We stayed here in the winter time. This is a nice property for a large group. We could fit our group of 20 at the large dining table, which was really nice. The kitchen was well stocked for making a turkey dinner. The owners are very nice and flexible.
Charming, beautiful, warm and friendly gathering place for friends and family.
This home is one of a kind. It is a beautiful old barn turned restaurant, bought by Rex and Diane who lovingly and artfully built it into a cozy but enormous home and gathering place for families, tennis officionados, and salons of leaders and problem solvers. We held my mother’s 80th birthday and Thanksgiving here and everyone had a wonderful time. Diane is a gracious host. We used her well equipped kitchen to cook meals together. The huge table allowed all 20 of us to sit together and enjoy Thanksgiving and other meals without a “kids table” for
The first time ever! We feel incredibly fortunate to have celebrated this occasion with our family in the gracious environment that Diane has created. Diane and Rex are two beautiful individuals and we are grateful that we could bring our family together under their roof.
We rented this house for two family members who were celebrating a milestone birthday. We had a group of 15 and this house fit all of our party comfortably, and could have fit at least 10 more people. There are also so many amenities and activities! There is a piano set up with a microphone for karaoke, a pool table, a climbing wall on the side of the silo, a fire pit and tennis courts...we especially enjoyed the hot tub. We visited in early October, so the weather was cooler, but we didn't need to venture from the house for anything, and it was perfect for our needs. Large yard/property with beautiful views, and a huge dining room table that fit everyone.
Rex and Diane were a absolute pleasure to work with...every communication was friendly and helpful, and they were available whenever I had questions (and, as a planner, I had a lot). We would definitely stay here again!
Best Vacation Home
We had a wonderful four day weekend celebrating my 85th. Family came from New York, Chicago, Dallas and Cleveland. This house is spacious, homey and comforting. I rented it two years ago and loved it so much, we came back. There were ten of us. We needed six bedrooms and were well accommodated. The owner is charming.
