About Vacasa, WA - Seattle Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Great scenery, especially if it wasn’t cloudy or overcast! You can see the mountains perfectly. Walking distance to many things if you like to walk. Uber was great! Internet is not good. Kicked us off several times while we were there, not good if traveling on business and relay on internet access. TV cable remote missing want able to change channels, make sure you know your Netflix account, but with extremely poor internet you will get kicked out of your movies too.

Owner's Response: The TV remote has been replaced and the internet provider is ensuring we have the strongest possible connection at this unit. Thank you!

Great view of the city! When it’s not cloudy the mountains are breathtaking!

Views were amazing! Walking distance to Century Link Field. Uber fantastic! Only down fall was the Internet kicked us off several times. TV cable remote was missing so we had to rely on our own Netflix account, which was fine except for the internet going in and out.

It was great. The room was clean, great view, and had everything we needed.

  • 4 of 5

Overall it was a great experience however, the bed was really firm and was tough to get comfortable on. The room was a little bit further away from downtown Seattle than we wanted to be. Other than the bed and distance everything was great. Uber was only 6-10 bucks to downtown activities.
