House is 15 min from windermere station walking, 10 minute from town centre. Bath tub is amazing and shower as well! Very comfortable beds and nice to have an washer/dryer combination and dishwasher
We had a lovely stay at the house, kids absolutely loved the three levels and had such a great time. Beds were so comfy and I’ve emailed the owner to ask where she got the pillows I loved them that much!! Better sleep there than I do my own house!!
Location is nice and quiet, a little far for my kids to walk into Bowness but they are quite young. Big hill to walk back up etc but they aren’t walkers!!
Communication is fab with the owners, absolutely lovely.
Would recommend 100%
Great spot for Lakes. Only niggle was the high chair was not clean on arrival.
Fabulous cottage-home from home!
An immaculate property in a great location just 5 minutes walk into Windermere and 10 minutes walk into Bowness. This cottage was extremely well presented with a comfortable lounge very well equipped kitchen and utility room , large bedrooms, comfortable beds and a fabulous bathroom with large bath and large walk in shower.
The cottage is in a quiet location with on road parking available outside of the property -even on a Bank holiday weekend . This property has everything you need and more . Owners responded quickly to a query we had. Excellent in every respect -would highly recommend !
Great location, cottage had all you need.
Loved the deep bath and Carole is so helpful and friendly. Cottage is just like pictures and quality fixtures. Loved Lake District will come back one day from Australia.
Lovely well equipped cottage
Lovely well equipped exceptionally clean cottage. Cosy but we'll designed and laid out and plenty of room for four... Nice little touches of providing all the little extras such as cleaning products hand wash and the basics spices in the cupboard. Unlimited logs for the fire was a bonus and were used. Only negative was the walk into Bowness was slightly longer than advertised.
