We have two apartments in Marbella. at La Mairena (8124909) and at Torre Real (8129804) owned by Paul and Jane Abadjian, who are brother and sister. Both have been furnished and specified as homes, not merely as places to rent out, so the fixtures and fittings tend to be quite stylish and luxurious. We also offer for rent a rural cottage in Dorset, and a stylish apartment in Battersea, London. Paul lives in west Dorset with wife Fiona, two dogs and a small herd of Alpacas! They also offer a part of this property for holiday lets (Alpaca Cottage 8150478) Paul and Fiona also have a luxurious one bedroom flat in Battersea, London, situated right by the River Thames, and just 100 metres from trendy Battersea Square. This property is also offere for short term rental (6845369) via Owners Direct and its associate companies. Paul has enjoyed collecting classic Jaguars for more years than he cares to remember, and he and Fiona have enjoyed driving them in Russia, Argentina, Australia and Tasmania.

Excellent location for a relaxing break in stunning surroundings
The apartment complex is set back from the main Malaga to Marbella coast road in beautiful landscaped grounds. So it is easy to find and ideally located just outside the bustle of Marbella, but it is also a calm tranquil oasis.
The pool is huge, well maintained and not at all busy. You have a great view of the sea from the apartments sun terrace and the beach is a short 5 minute stroll away. From the balcony on the other side of the apartment you have views over the pool to the mountains beyond, though the apartment tower opposite is a bit of an eyesore!
The apartment itself is very spacious, luxuriously fitted out, with ice cold air conditioning if required, and has everything you could need for a great holiday, far more like borrowing a cared for family home than a usual holiday rental. Parking was very easy, right outside the apartment entrance.
Paul was a pleasure to deal with and guided us through the whole rental process, answering all my e-mails promptly. Penny, who manages the apartment for Paul on site, was lovely and just as helpful.
We had a fantastic holiday, would fully recommend it to anyone, and would be delighted to return again!

Many thanks indeed for the nice review! So glad you had a good time at Torre Real. I agree with you re. the tower on the other side of the grounds being an eyesore, but hope you noticed that the discreetly placed tree completely obliterates its view from anywhere in our apartment! Result!
Eventually, if the residents of the tower ever stop arguing about the best way forward, it will be refurbished as was the original plan! Fortunately, it doesn't affect us or our guests. If you would like to come back for another holiday at Torre Real, we offer a discount for returning guests.
well presented, great location, couldnt fault it
We stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks and have just returned home. Before arriving we were sent a very handy guide to the area and instructions on directions how to pick up our keys etc.. On arrival we were met with the owners neighbour Penny, a lovely lady who couldnt do enough to help and was always on hand to answer any questions we had. The apartment itself is big and beautifully decorated. It was spotless on arrival and had plenty clean bedding, towels, beach towels etc.. Everything you need is on hand. There are two balconies, one of which we sat at every morning having breakfast overlooking the pool just lovely!
The other is at the back and has a lovely garden and sea view. The gardens and pool area are immaculate and are tended to every day.The gardeners always had a smile for us. The pool is huge and lovely and warm, there are plenty sun loungers and umberellas if you prefer shade. The apartment is in a great location and surrounded by beautiful beaches and resteraunts. we visited Benalmadena and Gibralter while there and it only took us an hour in the car. You can walk to the local beach and even along to marbella town along the promenade if you feel like it. If you have a car there are lots of other beaches to explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone.
Everything you could want from a holiday home and more.
As last year this property has all the amenities one would want. The flat itself is bright, modern and very comfortable. There are two swimming pools, one very large adult one and one for the children. The gardens are really beutiful and well kept. The property is within a 5 min. drive to Marbella itself and all the other resorts down the coast. I can’t recommend this property highly enough and Sam looking forward to next year.
Beautiful Apartment - perfect holiday!
I had a brilliant week in Pauls apartment with my husband and baby. The apartment is even better than the pictures. There is so much space and the bedrooms are separated from living areas by a long corridor so great for the baby sleeping away from noise. The two balconys are a treat, we ate overlooking the pool and had drinks overlooking the sea and sunset. The pool is massive and so quiet, we were the only people around it on several occasions. The location is great, we found an amazing indian restaurant and steak house in Elviria which is a few minutes drive away. We went on a boat trip and had a great day in Puerta banus too which is a 15 minute drive away. Added bonus is massive shopping mall - La Canada just up the road too where we did our food shopping and spent time wandering around the many shops. Paul is great at communicating and Penny who met us there was very helpful throughout, providing taxi numbers etc. Highly recommended! Thanks for a great holiday!

We had a fantastic 3 week stay in this beautifully decorated and furnished apartment which is set in a gated development. Within the extensive mature gardens are 2 swimming pools and a tennis court.
Beach towels and tennis rackets are provided.
The property has great views from its front and rear balconies one overlooking the sea and one overlooking the gardens and swimming pools.
The beach is a 5 minute walk from the flat and situated along the sandy beach are numerous restaurants and bars.
The apartment exceeded our expectations and we will definately be returning again.

I would certainly recommend this property. It is well maintained with a lovely decor and very spacious. It has all the amenities that one could want. A well equipped ktchen, a fabulous swimming pool and gardens with lovely views from both balconies, front and back. There is night time security on this gated community so one feels completely safe at all times. Just a few minutes drive from Marbella itself it offers a relaxing holiday with access to Marbella night life it wanted. I will definitely visit again!

Marbella is unusual in that it is an attractive and vibrant medium size town, with a myriad of facilities and attractions, which are open all the year round. The area is a haven for paiters and 'foodies', as well as boasting every type of outdoor activity. It is also rich in culture and history-from the old town of Marbella itself, sitting within walls dating back to the 9th Century, and with its labyrinthine cobbled streets and alleyways, to nearby Ronda, Seville and Granada. Whatever your interests, sporting or cultural, it is available 12 months a year in this part of Southern Spain.
Less than 5 minutes walk takes you to the extensive sandy beach which runs for miles along this coast. You can even walk into Marbella along the beach from here. The uber-stylish Trocadero beach restaurant is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment, and there is a good choice of other beach restaurants just a little further along from this.
The nearest airport is Malaga (40 minutes drive). The next nearest is Gibraltar (about 90 minutes approx) Whilst not essential, a hire car from the airport will enhance your enjoyment of this location.
Marbella is 3 kms away. Ronda is around 40 minutes drive away. Seville and Granada may be visited on a day-trip basis.
Marbella has as many facilities for both pleasure and convenience as any holiday spot in the world, and the fact that the southerly location and good weather allows them to remain open 12 months a year makes this a great choice both in and out of season.
