About Andrea Bond
I moved to Devon from Hertfordshire fourteen years ago with my husband and two sons. After coming to this part of Devon on holiday for years we loved it so much we made the move. Being so close to the coast, we have enjoyed sailing and water sports. The beauty of this area is that it has everything from quiet beaches and woodland walks to bustling market towns and when the sun shines, there's no place better!
Andrea Bond purchased this Barn in 2013

The most wonderful cottage in a beautiful setting. Owner has gone above and beyond with little details and the Welcome Pack was amazing.
We had a wonderful time in this lovely property.
This was everything you needed for a good holiday.
The Dairy is a lovely comfortable cottage, very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. Excellent base for exploring East Devon and West Dorset. The owner also provided an generous welcome pack that was very much appreciated. We would definitely recommend this spacious accommodation.
Lovely relaxing homely stay
We spent 3 nights with our kids doing fossils hunts and other outdoorsy things, and it felt great to get back each evening. We arrived to a lovely loaf of bread, scones, jam and c.cream + tea, milk etc which is perfect after a long drive down. The house itself is excellent with everything you might need in the kitchen, and although its on a main road, its made of thick stone walls and its very quite and cosy inside. Our boys had loads of fun with the big box of Lego, top trumps and even some of the books!
The location is good for getting out and about by car and there's a Co-op 2 minutes down the road opposite.
We are happy to recommend the Dairy. We felt immediately at home and at ease and would love to stay again when we next visit the area.
very comfortable cottage in an excellent location.furnished with good taste and had all the extras t
the cottage is in an excellent location to visit some very lovely villages with walks in the country and by the sea.
Perfect cottage, a wonderful find!
We have just returned from our stay at the Dairy and would highly recommend it as a perfect place to stay. The accommodation is luxurious with a lovely homely feel, with many thoughtful additions that make it a real home from home. We enjoyed walking and cycling and exploring the beaches and local villages, as well as days out in Torquay and Weymouth (both are an hour's drive away). The outside space is lovely for relaxing with a glass of wine and for dining or a barbecue. The rooms are all a good size which you don't always get in a cottage so would suit families as well as couples like us who like a building with character and of a good standard. We loved this place and you will too!
