Within easy reach you can visit the historic town of Cardigan with restored castle range of shops cafes and restaurants or the coastal resort of New Quay. Enjoy water sports from sailing to surfing wildlife watching boat trips explore the rock pools visit the waterfall at Tresaith or walk along the myriad of paths on the Wales Coastal Path with its spectacular shores. Whether you want an action packed holiday or to relax and unwind in beautiful scenery this is just what you are looking for. Entering into the cottage there is a small hallway with door to a stylish downstairs wetroom with shower and WC. Through to the good sized open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is a light and airy space with laminate floors ideal after a day at the beach. French doors offer access to the rear garden area. The lounge has a large sofa TV a pebble effect electric fire and the dining area has a table and bench seats. The kitchen is just off the lounge and is well laid out with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave and washing machine. From the lounge head upstairs via a dog leg staircase to the bedrooms. There is a large king-size bedroom with built-in wardrobes and dressing table and also a twin bedroom both via the landing. Outside there is a small patio ideal for al fresco dining and to the fore and the rear of the property are open lawns for everyone to enjoy. The cottage is set in some 40 acres of shared grounds. Private parking for two cars is situated outside the property.
