Casa Zefira is a characteristic and typical Genoese country house, located in the hamlet of Campodonico, halfway up the hill above Chiavari and close to the village of Sant'Andrea di Rovereto and the town of Zoagli.
Cesare, the owner, has always dedicated himself to Casa Zefira with so much energy and passion, personally taking care of the recent renovation,
maintaining the construction characteristics of stone walls, exposed wood and slates, preserving the original environments but adding the modernity of the necessary services in accordance with tradition.
The house is on two floors:
on the ground floor, with an independent entrance, there is a large room furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a pellet stove. Also on this floor is the bathroom with tub / shower, sink and toilet with bidet.
An internal staircase connects the ground floor to the first floor, also with an independent entrance from the garden.
Here in a large living room there is a dining / living room, a kitchenette and a fireplace, a large wooden table, a nice cupboard, and a sideboard.

The kitchenette is equipped with a sink and wall units, gas cooker with 4 burners, electric oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, moka coffee maker, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The house is very comfortable, naturally cool in summer and, thanks to its south-facing sea and mild climate, warm in winter.
The garden that surrounds it, offers the possibility of an outside livable opening, for pleasant moments of relaxation "en plein air" with the availability of garden equipment for outdoor dining (barbecue, pergola, table with wooden benches,), for solar baths (sunbeds, hammock, parasol, outdoor shower) and for "ancient" play activities (game of petanque).
In a dominant position, it has a free and open view of the sea that sweeps over the entire Gulf of Tigullio, from Portofino to Sestri Levante.
Its location at a short distance from the sea (5 km approx.) And near the valleys of the eastern Ligurian hinterland, makes it an ideal place to stay for excursions and adventures on the coast and in the green valleys of the Ligurian Apennines.
In addition, its location allows you to discover and know the renowned coastal towns of the Gulf of Tigullio: the first to meet east is Chiavari (5 km) with its history and its traditions, follows Lavagna and the village of Cavi di Blackboard with its famous beach (7 km).
