Located in the heart of Fredericksburg’s Wine Country on the Highway 290 Wine Trail, Historic Rocky Hill Cottage is perfectly located for a wine lovers' vacation.

This beautiful and historic property located just six miles from downtown Fredericksburg has five well-appointed and beautiful suites, a large courtyard with a waterfall feature, as well as four wine tasting rooms and great shopping on-site! It’s the perfect spot to start and end your day exploring all Fredericksburg’s wine region has to offer! On most Saturdays, Fiesta Winery has live music in the large courtyard during the day for you to enjoy while tasting their great variety of wines.

Sleeping a total of 12 guests (and welcoming dogs for an additional nightly pet fee), all five suites combined are perfect for a group getaway with friends, a relaxed family reunion, or a wonderful business retreat lodging option. Each suite contains its own private full bathroom, a kitchenette area with coffeemaker and microwave, a sitting area, flatscreen TV, WiFi access, and more. Four of the suites, the Bordeaux, the Champagne, the Cabernet Sauvignon, and the Malbec, each contain one king-size bed, and the final suite, the Tempranillo, has two queen beds.

You’ll find luxury amenities and touches throughout. Historic Rocky Cottage is simply the best vacation rental around for your wine getaway headquarters.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
