Why beckie chose Ilmington
I fell In love with this beautiful Cotswold property. for the reasons being , its charm and character. the beauty of the village of Ilimington. The village pub .The Howard Arms .Which is situated within walking distance of the cottage. With its roaring fires in the winter and the stunning garden in the summer for you to enjoy.
What makes this Cottage unique
Ilmington adds a bonus of a village shop with a café , great walks to enjoy too . Within a few miles you can walk around the National trust properties of Hidcote and Kiftsgate .

The Cottage is a wonderful place to stay. Set in a pictureque village with a couple of lovely, welcoming pubs.
The cottage itself is beautiful, very cosy and warm and very well equiped with all you will need for a home from home stay.
Becki had left fresh supplies for us , which was very kind and a lovely touch., thank you. We enjoyed our first night in with a log fire and cooked for ourselves after sampling a drink in each of the two pubs. Days were spent out and about in Bourton on the water and other lovely Cotswold towns which are delightful.
We sampled the Red Lion in Ilmington for Thai food on Saturday night, which was delicious.
Then back to the cottage for another log fire and then on to comfy, cosy beds.
Sunday brought sunshine and blue skies so we visited Hidcote, a NT property. Beautiful gardens. There is so much to see practically on the doorstep of the cottage.
Despite extremely wet weather, we had a fabulous weekend. Will definitely be returning.
Quaint cottage in the Cotswold
We had a wonderful relaxing time in this quaint cottage in the Cotswold. All we expected and more. The cottage is in a quaint little village that exemplifies the friendliness and tradition of the area. We had the opportunity to meet some of the locals, they were friendly and sharing. They pointed out plz as that were a must see and some experiences not to be missed. The pubs were lovely, good food and drink and plenty of craic
Great little cottage
This is a beautiful little cottage which was very clean, nicely decorated and thoughtfully furnished. It is situated in a quiet area with a lovely pub only a stones through away. Beckie, the owner, was very helpful and was quick to respond to any questions or queries we had prior to our stay. Highly recommended 😊
Bex’s Beautiful cottage
This is our 3 rd visit to this wonderful cottage in a lovely setting ,it is gorgeous inside ,absolutely spotless and fully equipped,we will definitely be back !
A beautiful cottage in a great location.
An excellent tastefully furnished cottage , ideally situated to explore the cotswolds.
Great place to stay to explore the Cotswolds
Great property, well equipped and comfortable. Beware however if you have people in your party who are elderly as there are 2 flights of stairs to the double bedroom and that that will mean negotiating stairs for bathroom visits. However we loved it.
