Moments from the Santa Maria golf course, local amenities and the beach, and within easy reach of Marbella, Puerto Banus and the many beautiful places of great interest worthy of a day trip.
Our air conditioned apartment is beautifully presented and is a real home from home. Recently renovated for 2018, the apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay including fibre wifi, tv and sound system with international channels, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The 1st floor apartment is accessed via a gated secure underground car park, with direct lift access. The large 70m2 apartment has one bedroom which can be set up as either a super king bed, or twin beds. There is an ensuite bathroom with a large shower, and doors to a private balcony with beautiful sea and mountain views.
The main living area has two large sofas one of which is a high quality sofa-bed, and has a very spacious feel with access to the stunning south facing terrace with views of the Mediterranean over to Gibraltar and Africa.
The kitchen is off the dining area and is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. The view from the sink makes washing up enjoyable - you may not even want to use the dishwasher!!
There are four pools on the complex in beautifully maintained gardens with the main pool including a child's pool.
The apartment is only 40 minutes drive from Malaga airport, and 15 minutes from Marbella centre. An eight minute drive to the beach (the famous Nikki Beach) means you have the joy of being close to the sea but having the benefit of being in the most calm and relaxed development away from the hustle and bustle. The Santa Maria golf course clubhouse is literally 3 minutes drive away with many more courses easily accessible along the coast. The local shops and bars are only a 5 minute drive, or 20 minute walk (with a cheap taxi ride back up the hill!!). As you can gather we do recommend a car to get around and we have a negotiated a great deal with an airport car hire company which anyone staying at the apartment can benefit from.

IMPORTANT: Due to customer feedback, bookings made after 12th January 2019 will be charged the cleaning fee via the HomeAway website. Guests who made bookings before the 12th January 2019 are still requested to kindly leave the €60 cleaning fee in the aparment at the end of their stay. Thank you.
On arrival at the apartment there will be a welcome pack of water, wine, and milk with tea and coffee to get your stay off to an easy start. We can arrange for groceries to be delivered prior to your arrival for a fee of €15 plus the cost of the shop. If you're staying for a while we can arrange for a mid stay clean or linen change for an additional fee.
We can arrange a meet and greet service or a key pick up point on arrival.
