Konea 149 is an expansive three bedroom deluxe ground floor residence offering the perfect opportunity to gather, reconnect, and celebrate.

This exquisite three bedroom suite offers an incredible location–the first unit back from the very front of the building. The peaceful location is perfectly situated to "in-joy" the utmost of convenience coupled with tranquil privacy. The oversized outdoor living space of this ground floor suite is almost double that of most comparable 3 bedrooms, giving this residence what feels like its own private yard within the resort. All ages will enjoy the convenience of this location whether enjoying the morning sun with your breakfast, or listening to the songs of local birds in the lush surrounding environment. Explore the possibilities awaiting right out your back door–you are only steps away from the Konea Tower lagoons, the fitness center, the beach, and the spa!

The suite can accommodate up to eight guests in three king-sized beds and one queen-sized convertible sofa sleeper. Get swept away into the lovely Maui sky after folding away the glass doors and allowing the interior to blend seamlessly with the outdoors.

We encourage you to express your culinary creativity in the gourmet chef’s kitchen. The space is fully equipped with stainless steel Viking appliances including dual ovens, an upgraded Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a built-in wine fridge. There is plenty of space on the ample granite countertops and we have provided all the cookware & utensils for you to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment…just bring the ingredients. Enjoy your meals on the spacious ocean view balcony or dine indoors in the climate controlled air conditioning. In addition, our commercial grade Vitamix blender lends itself well to preparing creative libations or smoothies with fresh local produce.
