About Tina Soderlund-Boley
We are a Finnish / Swedish / Brittish family loving to go to Spain for a bit of sun. Since we travel a lot and work hard a large part of the year, this house is our place for rest and family get-togethers. We own it together as a family - whilst the parents tend to spend a lot of the Nordic Winter in Spain, the grankids and daughters with families are there mainly Spring and Autumn school holidays. We love exploring new things in Spain and the culture. We bought our first property in Spain 2014, to see how we would like it. Towards the end of 2017 we realised that the first apartment was too small for a large family like us; we needed more bedrooms, a really large terrace space where both children and adults can access the pool and sun easily and big socialising areas.

Why Tina Soderlund-Boley chose Marbella
Our place is the perfect mix of being large enough with a lot of socialising areas in combination of being close to everything! We can walk easily to most places: the beach, restaurants, Puerto Banus (10-15 mins) and Marbella (beautiful 1.5h walk along the beach). By car we go to the Atlantic Coast / Cadiz, Seville / Malaga / Ronda.. We ski in Sierra Nevada in the winters (only 1.5 hours away) A few golf courses around the corner makes it even better :) Despite this it still is a very quiet and restful place.
What makes this House unique
The terrace is amazing for the sun and to sit and eat on. Access directly to the lawn and in front of the pool which makes it so much easier when people wants to go in and out during the day. It is close to Puerto Banus, 10 mins walk. Beach 8 minutes walk. There is a taxi rank just outside and lots and lots of restaurants in all directions. Still a very quiet and peaceful place... To sum up - perfect!

The villa is beautiful, very spacious, extremely well equipped and set in beautifully maintained surroundings. There is everything you need in the property, beach towels are provided, the kitchen has more than you’ll ever need, the cupboards are well stocked with coffee, herbs and spices etc. left over from previous guests. The terrace looking over the pool is also lovely. The location is great, about a 10-15 min walk to the port side or there is a bus (#4) 50yds from the main entrance that runs every 30mins for €1.18 per person - handy for the walk back up. Standard fair for any journey so you can get the #1 bus from Puerto Banús centre to Marbella for the same price!!
July 2019 Family Holiday
The location was brilliant and the proximity of this property to the pool was excellent as it meant we didn’t need to look for spare sun loungers by the pool as we overlooked it.
Lots of places to eat and it was a really short walk to the beach and the marina.
Children enjoyed using the pool and going to the beach.
Apartment was excellent with plenty of storage for clothes in each bedroom. The number of bathrooms in the property was a big plus and communication with the owner has been excellent.
Fantastic property close to centre of Puerto Banus
We travelled as a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 older teenagers). The townhouse was absolutely perfect for our requirements. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms we all had our own space. It is clearly set up as someone’s home, as it had everything you could wish for unlike a lot of ‘holiday lets’ which can be very basic. Tina was a delight to communicate with and made everything easy for arrival & departure. The Andalucian Garden Club must be one of the most well kept communities in the Costa Del Sol. The gardens are immaculate and very relaxing to sit in. It has a large pool which never felt crowded. The house is probably the best location in the resort, overlooking the pool and near the bottom exit gate.
The Port itself is about a 15 walk and worth a visit, but there are some lovely restaurants much closer (and much more reasonably priced).

We can’t fault this home away from home. The fabulous views, big pool, tennis court & very well equipped property in a great location. Has it all & we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends. Our son said he would like to have this house at home in UK.

Spacious apartment with a convenient location
We are very happy that we chose this place as the apartment was very clean, modern and spacious. It provided everything that we needed (including our two small children)!
The garden outside was well-managed with beautiful flowers and trees.
Moreover the apartment has a great location as it is close to the beach, several food stores and restaurants (e.g the meat restaurant ”Asador Vovem”). The backyard was private and sunny, and the pool is easy accessible, even if you are older. There is also a children pool.
To sum up we are satisfied of our choice of apartment, and we are already planning our next trip when we will stay here again :)
