Communication with the management was easy and they were very responsive. The condo was so pretty and super comfortable. There was a washer and dryer and supplies that made the stay very easy. One of my favorite things was the super hot shower. The kitchen was well equiped for anyone cooking a meal. Also, the daily breakfast in the study was very welcome. It allowed us to start our day right after grabbing a bite to eat. Access was easy, the condo was clean and we would stay there again next time we visit Chicago.

Only issue was climbing to fourth floor with luggage.

The property was beautiful and had a fun theme. The suite was sparkling clean and smelled good! We were about a block from the lake and could see if from the stoop. We were a block from Rush Street which was great for shopping and great restaurants. We parked our car when we got there and never had to use it since the location was perfect. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and glasses. We absolutely loved the Grace Kelly Suite and will stay again!

Location is great. literally steps from the lakefront path and water front, and lots of Restaurants plus a CVS 2 blocks away

Cons

No Elevator - I stayed on the 4th floor so with lots of luggage be prepared for the stairs

Low Water Pressure- I like good strong showers every morning, so it was a bit annoying that the shower was so low on pressure. Not sure if they can improve this at all

Overall enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place and the property manager.

We are from Milwaukee. Needed a nice place to make an early Thanksgiving dinner for our kids in Chicago. Wonderful dining setting for the 6 of us with a cozy fireplace. Our host was very receptive to anything we needed.
