Great getaway location
What a great place! Really clean and tastefully decorated. Walking distance to all local restaurants and shops. Easy access to the rest of the Cotswolds. Would definitely stay here again.
A delightful, very comfortable and beautifully presented cottage. Look forward to another future stay, and in the meantime would thoroughly recommend. Thank you Vicky

Elba House, Chipping Norton
Elba house was exceptionally clean and very well equipped. We were travelling with children, and whilst the downstairs felt a little compact, the living areas were comfortable, cosy and well equipped. The main bedrooms were large and spacious and the decor was lovely and in keeping with a country cottage vibe.
The owner of the property was very easy to contact and replied very quickly and promptly to messages and special requests making our stay very easy. With the addition of travel cots and high chairs available and even an earlier check-in which made life much easier with the babies.
The location was great and whilst Chipping Norton is a small village, the house was located very near to lots of other Cotswolds attractions.
I would definitely recommend this house for a short break.
really happy with our short stay. Lovely house!
Lovely house. Great location
Great little house for stay in the Cotswolds. Well equipped and only a short walk into centre of Chipping Norton. Vicky was very easy to contact and prompt in her responses. The house was easy to find and access with allocated parking spaces. We had a lovely stress-free short stay and would definitely recommend this property. Thanks for the cake Vicky - it was well received by the children!
Chipping Norton offers the best of both worlds - beautiful Cotswold countryside just on your doorstep but not completely stuck out 'in the sticks'.
It is a pocket sized town but packs in a lot. With one foot in the past (the town centre is built of traditional Cotswold stone with old fashioned shops and the beautful Bliss Mill, perched on a hilltop giving you wonderful rolling countryside views) but you also have coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, takeaways, gift shops, supermarkets, lido, leisure centre, a theatre and the modern day wonders of street lights and footpaths! (great for kids, night time dog walks or finding your way back from the pub).
And the locals are generally a lovely and welcoming bunch.
No too far away, there a numerous historical houses and gardens to visit and you can hop on a bus to Oxford, Woodstock or Stratford Upon Avon.
